The size tables on the website were helpful, although it would be easier for non-US customers to habe metric measurements. Service was otherwise reliable and good. The quality of the product ist good and safer than any products found in Germany. The durability has yet to prove itself, though. I would have preferred to have had import taxes included in the sales price.

This is our second sleepypod for our little 6 pound Yorkie. He loves it and it keeps him safe so we got one for each of our cars. Love the high end look of the sleepypod and appreciate its aesthetics but the safety testing is why we stay with it the most.

The sleepypod is comfortable and attractive, and it's easy to take in and out of the car. However, it's a little tight for my 12-pound cat and I'm afraid it will not be comfortable for longer voyages. This is disappointing, especially considering the cost, since it's advertised for pets up to 15 pounds and we were planning to use it for longer trips.

Great customer service

This cat carrier is fantastic. When we leave it out, our cat crawls into it to sleep, or just hangout. It securely straps into our car, and cat seems really comfortable. I'll be ordering a 2nd one for our other cat! Great product and worth the price. (this is after she would cry for hours in her other carrier on extended car trips)

Love the size, material, and color of the carrier! Cat is much more comfortable in it than my old plastic one.

If your cat doesn't like the carrier - good luck with this one. Basically impossible to keep it open without using your hands, so you'll be trying to hold it open with one while trying to manage your struggling cat with the other. Missed two vet appointments already trying to work with this carrier. Useless overpriced garbage.
