Amazing product but there is a few things...
It was relatively easy to purchase but I don't see how to access some accessories since I would of bought it with my sleepypod instead of separately, but that my preference. Other than that my little Luy find comfort in the sleepypod and she's tiny hut tall and she fits with spare toys to fit. One thing is carrying seems weird but I can deal with that.

Unfortunately, we are out of stock of the Air Mesh and Warmer Kit accessories for the Sleepypod. We are in the process of designing a new Warmer Kit to address the many USB options and hope to have the new version available in early Spring. Very good products slow shipping

I like the safety but the design could be better for bigger dogs
We purchased two of the terrain dog harnesses. The intend for purchase was to secure our dogs in the back seat with this “seat belt” harness. For our big dogs the instructions for securing the seatbelt into the harness is very restricting. Maybe different cars have different seat belt lengths. The harness seems safe in it acting like a seatbelt if used correctly, but it’s not the most comfortable for sitting in the back seat on a dog. I mistakenly wrote the wrong review earlier- I was confused by the name and recent purchases initially.

Click It Sport Harness
The harness works great once I got it adjusted to fit my dog and in the car. I wish the double D rings were a little bigger so they would fit the snap hook on a leash better. It’s a tight fit when hooked to both & I worry it could wiggle the snap open so I just use one D ring. It’s a minor thing. I recommend the harness.

Love my Sleepypod & the customer service!
The Sleepypod car-safe carrier made a HUGE difference in my cat's ability to safely travel to the vet (claustrophobia issues) - it's so comfy, spacious AND washable for accidents! So when the carrier's zipper had a failure, I contacted customer service hoping for the best but not really expecting much...these days customer service isn't really into helping people with their product challenges. But that is NOT the case with Sleepypod! They were thorough, environmentally responsible (asking to repair the carrier, not replace), and very communicative throughout the whole process. They've earned a fan for life!

Love leash & martinglae
It was a good experience after I contacted to find out about shipping status. The issue was solved and received the items in good time. I love the use of the leash and martingale.
