poorly fitting harness.
Replaced one poorly fitting harness for a second poorly fitting harness of a different style. Sent pictures to their help line chat showing the poor fit and the company did not have a solution other then tell me that it might not fit all dogs but that I am unable to return for a refund. The harness has limited range of adjustments for dogs with larger chests and smaller necks.

First, we're so sorry to hear that our product did not fit your pup. Like humans, pets come in all shapes and sizes. To help accommodate large-chested dogs with a slimmer torso, we are working on a new harness design. Regarding the return/refund problem, we're not sure what happened there but we are happy to look into the issue and reach out to you at the email listed here.

Excellent product and very well made
Excellent product and very well made. This company did a nice job of working with me as my dog does NOT like to ride in the car. They offered suggestions and were kind enough to extend the return window to allow me more time to acclimate my dog to the harness. I highly recommend this product and this company!

Absolutely love this company
Absolutely love this company. Just bought a travel carrier for my newest / smallest dog, and I love it. 9 years ago I bought my first Sleepypod seatbelt for my dog. I truly put that thing to the test when I crashed going 50mph with my dog in the car wearing her Sleepypod seatbelt. It literally saved her life and left her completely unscathed / unfazed (meanwhile my car was totaled and I spent two nights in the hospital). I'll never purchase a carrier/seatbelt from any other company.

Return issues otherwise good.
I ordered 3 items from them. One of my orders had no issues. The other was out of stock in the color I wanted but I was informed it would be in stock at the end of the month and it could ship then. It arrived at the end of the month no issues yet with it. My martingale harness which is the reason I was on the site had to be returned because it did not fit even though my dog was within the measurements listed. Not only did I have to pay $28.91 to have the harness shipped but I also did not get a refund on my full amount ($10 was not refunded) and I had to pay for another harness along with the shipping on that harness.

Terrible support shady shipping practices
It has now been several weeks and I have yet to receive my order. Customer service was not helpful and the order arrival date keeps moving into the future.

Product and Contact Lacking
The ordering process was fine, but I've had issues with the product since I received it. I attempted to use the contact form on the website only to have the submission fail. I haven't yet had a chance to try email or a phone call to reach out to them, but so far the experience has been very poor.
