Very fast, efficient service, quality product. My cat is very calm in the carrier. I have to travel with her some and it is good that she is in a comfortable, soft, safe carrier that she does not get stressed out about being in. Highly recommend

Deliver was very speedy. The cover I ordered fit but didn't zip in like the black one did.

Best carrier/bed
Valentine won her Sleepypod. She loves to travel to the vet in it. She sleeps in it some and even shares with our other cat. Couldn't of ask for a better prize. Thank you!

Great customer service!...but harnesses are not for me.
I ordered two car harnesses for my border collies. I was impressed by the obvious quality of these harnesses. However, they didn't fit my dogs well...they were "gappy" even with numerous adjustments. But most importantly, the whole harness system didn't work with the seatbelts in the back seat of my car. No matter how I tried to adjust them, the system almost pinned my dogs to the seat. I can't imagine them riding like that on long trips. So I sent them back. Customer service was quick and very very efficient and a free return label was sent via email that day. THANK YOU!
