Kumar at the Herndon VA store was awesome. We needed a hard to find frame for a queen bed and he remembered that he had one that just came off of a floor model. He saved me money and a ton of time. Very creative and thoughtful. I will definitely consider for future mattress needs. Great service.

Bought a mattress at Butler, PA store on July 31st that was promised delivery on August 7th. Delivery was cancelled 3 times and it is now August 22nd. Now they ‘guarantee’ delivery next week....we’ll see. Have a hold on payment until it is delivered. Have never experienced anything like this before. Store Salesman was a very nice young man who apologized many times over but there is no excuse for this poor delivery service.

Received my bed in a perfect condition, the price was good too. I had to wait because it was ordered from the supplier so that delayed. However Quinton from the Cape town store constantly called to update me, until the bed was delivered.

Randi from Mattress Warehouse in Glassboro provided excellent customer service . She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchasing and delivery and was most helpful and efficient when asked to add more to the order. I would highly recommend .

Glen Depaola at the Hanover, PA store was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. He checked what mattress I needed and reviewed everything with me. He showed me various price options and didn't push one price level over another. He listened to me and was very helpful. Great guy, and when I need another mattress, I will go to Mattress Warehouse. I came in to Mattress Warehouse and Randi immediately helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. She listened to what I wanted and pointed me to the perfect mattress. I am so happy. I will go no where else and would recommend friends, family, and anyone looking for a new mattress to come to sleephappens. Thanks again Randi. Can’t wait now to buy the sheets and the perfect comforter. Your the best...

My husband and I made an appointment at our local mattress warehouse in Camden, Delaware. Our customer service person was Tim. He was fabulous. Tim talked with us like the next door neighbor. He explained in-depth the build of each product we were interested in so we were able to make an informed choice. Our delivery was quickly scheduled and as I type is ahead of schedule. "SWEET"!! I will certainly return to Mattress Warehouse and recommend to my friends and family.
