I decided to stop in the Perry Hall location after visiting Mattress Firm the previous day. I was welcomed in by the store manager, Susan., she first did an evaluation through their technology to see my body type and what was needed. She then walked me and explain in very detail the differences between all they had to offer. She was very patient as as well as her associate. I 100 was clear that I want quality due to severe back pain that I have I am a firm believer and you get what you pay for finally, Susan and the corporate supervisor not only beat matches firms price, but also gave me a couple more incentives. Thank you Susan for all your help and patience. I am glad I decided to stop in there today.

My salesperson, Laurie Ann, was honest, forthright, transparent, very knowledgeable and accommodating. She paid attention to detail, and made sure I knew everything about Tempur-Pedic, the company, and my mattress. She also had a great sense of humor...and gave me a good deal. Laurie Ann also call her any time with questions. I have twice already, and she was gracious and helpful.

Our sales representative Jennifer was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant to deal with. She did her best to satisfy our requirements.

The products at Mattress Warehouse is good and alright

The Kernersville location - The manager, Michael, was approachable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision and he made himself available, the next day, to answer our questions before we made a decision. No one likes shopping for a new mattress, but we will tell all of our friends about our positive experience dealing with Michael at the Kernersville location.

Lynne at the Tullytown branch was very friendly and extremely helpful. Confident that we picked out the best mattress possible for me and walked me through the process with ease. Thank you!
