Mattress WarehouseReviews of sleephappens.com

Highly recommend! Lenny and Dom assisted me in purchasing my mattress the day I went in there and thought I knew what I wanted but walked out with a hybrid that is fabulous! The price was affordable and I couldn't wait to get my mattress. Delivery day came and received call the day before and day of. Mattress actually arrived a bit early but that was even better. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly. Can't speak highly enough about my experience with Mattress Warehouse of Camden, DE. I hope my new mattress has me sleeping like a baby! Thank you!

My husband and I were in need of a mattress and bed. He new what he wanted and what he new he wanted to spend. So went to the store in Washington pa. The lovely lea took super good care of us .Did everything we asked we even left went looked other places.Came back and she did more research while we were gone not knowing if we would come back. Super sales person very happy customers.

Mechanicsburg, PA We had very positive experiences at the 6427 Carlisle Pike store. The latest was looking for a mattress, headboard and adjustable frame for a spare bedroom. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They delivered and installed everything (required 2 trips). All were professional and did a good job. Mattress seems ok so far... :)

Steve at the store was very knowledgable and helpful. Took advantage of 0% financing which was quick and easy. The delivery person called in morning to let me know what time frame they would be there. I asked them to call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I wouldn't have to miss 3 hours of work. They did. Only problem was after they took my current box spring and mattress, brought in new that I noticed there was a rip in the seam of the mattress. They were not able to leave it and replace later so that meant they had to take out the new boxspring and mattress and bring my old ones back in. Disappointing but I understood. They rescheduled delivery next day. All went well this time. I called to see about having delivery fee removed for the inconvenience and he said he would need to check with manager and call me back. Never got call back. I guess I need to call them again. Do love my new mattress though.

Although we are very happy with the product , we had to prompt the salesperson for free delivery as was stated on the internet. i don't feel as though we received any bargains on this purchase.

This bed is awesome!!! That high initial price bothered me I got the bed and the head board for around 1200 bucks. I felt like I got a great deal compared to the list price but After purchasing it I found the same bed for the same price or slightly cheaper but the delivery was on point and they guys that set the bed up was super fast. In and out in ten minutes. All in all I would buy I agin but will be a little harder on the bargain side of things

From getting the mattress fitted for us customer computerize match see it was excellent and the build of the Stearns and Foster mattress was excellent Tim our salesman also found us some pillows which made the bed a whole better experience .

Our salesperson DC, was very helpful, and got us a good deal. The mattress was delivered and set up with no problems.
