Mattress WarehouseReviews of sleephappens.com

I visited the store in Gastonia NC with my Mom in January this year. The manager Eli waited on us. After trying numerous mattresses and spending seemed like hours she finally made a decision Our experience went so smooth. A few weeks ago I went back and purchased 2 mattresses for myself. Eli was so informative , patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend my friends and family to visit Eli at the Gastonia store. You should be proud to have to Eli as an employee.

I purchased a mattress today from Susan of east Hanover. I have never been more impressed with a salesperson ever before. From the beginning she made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. She also gave me the sleep test, which no one has ever done before. Very professional and sincere. She had me with hello. Thanks again, Susan!

My family was shopping for our mother a new bed who suffers from arthritis and body aches. We went to Mattress Warehouse at the Towne square location in Roanoke in which we were Blessed with Julia a phenomenal and knowledgeable employee🤗 she made our purchase a breeze and our Mother was totally happy with the selection a Tempur-Pedic Proadapt.... we all are happy 😊

Glen DePaola has always been my go too salesperson! He is working in the Hanover store now but wherever he goes we go! My daughter purchased her Queen mattress and box spring from him 10 years ago! She just purchased a double mattress and box spring for her son! She will be back for a King bed for her and she is referring her friend! I have referred friends as well! Can't beat Mattress Warehouse and their best salesman Glen!!!!

Excellent shopping experience. My salesperson, Nicolle, was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and answered all of my questions. I believe the pricing was competitive. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Thank you for everything!

We spent $2950, bought 2 twins, 1 queen and 1 full size and 1 box spring (at $150). I was so disappointed when we put our metal bed together and found out no box spring was needed. The store would not let me return the box spring. So at this point, guess I will send the box spring to the landfill, so far no one I know needs it. They say that will take a used mattress back but not a box spring that has never been used or slept on. They advertise customer satisfaction, but I am not satisfied. It just seems greedy on the stores parts. It may have been my fault for ordering a box spring I didn't need but after spending $3000, you would think they would let me return a $150 item. I will go elsewhere next time around.

Love our new mattress! Great price and the best costumer service! Evan was very kind and helpful! 😉

This review is an actual review of a purchased product. I will review the customer service as well as the product. I purchased this product by calling the toll free number and purchasing over the phone. Customer Service Review: When I inquired about having my old mattress taken away the representative stated that if I purchased a mattress protector for $30 dollars it would protect my warranty and include the cost of mattress disposal. When my mattress was delivered the drivers would not remove the old mattress and when I called the customer service representative he conveniently forgot about our conversation regarding the mattress protector purchase and basically told me I was out of luck. The customer service representative actually went so far as to tell me to drop it off at a private dumpster. This is the last email I received regarding mattress disposal: Michell, Unfortunately, it would have to be picked up with a delivery. You would be able to drop it off at a dumpster, if you know of one near you, but we wouldn't be able to dispose of it. Again, this was my error, and I do apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. My take: Apologies and excuses are for little kids. Not grown adults and they definitely have no place in a business transaction. The absolute least Mattress Firm could have done is offered me a refund on the $30 dollar mattress protector that is actually worth about $2. Mattress Review: Mattress was delivered on April 17th. Today is April 24th. I've had the mattress for one week and there is already a large sag in the mattress. When I contacted customer support i was told the following. This is a cut and pasted email response. And remember, this is after having the product for 7 days! Mitchell, We do not offer a return. You would either need to file a warranty claim for the sinking, or execute a Comfort Exchange after 30 days of having the mattress. Those would be your only two options with the mattress. My take: Stay away from this place.
