Skull ShaverReviews of skullshaver.com

I give skull shaver 1 star review because they say they have a customer service telephone number but when you call no one answers and they hang up on you. They don't try to help you find out about why FedEx doesn't deliver there products that you order from them. They shouldn't even bother with having a customer service number because useless to have if all they do is hang up on you. Emailing them doesn't work on getting them to do anything for you either not a very good way of running a business.

I'm giving the Skull Shaver 4* and I didn't even keep the product. There are to many bad reviews about customer service. I beg to differ. I bought the product in good faith hoping after many other products, this may be the one that works. For many reasons it didn't, FOR ME, and after chatting with the team who tried to help, I ended up sending it back. They were very professional and always responded to emails promptly and my refund landed before the said 10 days. Good service guys. So the product wasn't for me but it's how it was handled. Andy

I have paid for a shaver any they have said they dont have an order for me. My bank have confirmed the have received the fund and no one will come back to me. The telephone number is out of service.

Horrible company I ordered a bundle. They didn't ship 3 item's. Been trying to reach out to company and don't get a response back. DO NOT ORDER THE SHAVER OR BUNDLE. I'm missing the clipper, brush and precision trimmer. On top of that the shaver is cheap looking, and does not have a lot of power

Purchased in February 2021. Worked fine for 1 year, then broke on me. Replacement was sent fairly quickly as I was within the 2 year warranty period. Fast forward to June 2022 and it breaks on me again. I email customer services asking them to send a replacement immediately as I am going on holiday in six days and do not want to wait for my item to be returned to them first before a replacement is sent. I am advised that their policy prohibits this and they must receive faulty item first. I am told I can purchase another warranty to get the item delivered within 4 days. I don't see why I should pay extra for 2 faulty items. I was happy with my shaver, but the 2 broken items and lack of help from customer services in the time before I go on holiday has left me very disappointed.

I was quite hesitant purchasing this product after seeing so many mixed reviews. At the end I decided to purchase one and after a couple of uses I found a small pin sticking out from one of the mechanisms that rotates the blade therefore reducing the effectiveness of the product. It seems the quality standard of this product is terrible and I don't recommend anyone to buy it. EDIT: I was contacted by skullshaver support and was offered a replacement blade free of charge.

Got both the skull shaver and the trimmer. I use them daily and think they are working very good. The trimmer broke after I dropped it in the sink. Customer service changed it for a new one. Recommend it to a couple of colleagues and they got the head shaver and like it a lot 💪🏼
