Nach einem Jahr nur noch für die Tonne geeignet! Der Akku hält nur noch 20 Sekunden, so das er zum rasieren nicht mehr geeignet ist. Der Kundendienst meldet sich trotz Garantie nicht mehr, das einzige was kommt, ist dauernd Werbung. Also einfach Finger weglassen und sich etwas von einer Firma kaufen, die nicht nur Wert auf Aussehen, sondern auch auf die Technik legt.

The pitbull shaver worked fine until the first time I tried to charge it. After charging it no longer works and pitbull are not answering my emails.

I ordered the diamond Pro shaver paid well over $450 with shipping,I read every review on amazon to see and they all were positive all 4 of them, went to there web site and checked as well, and they all positive as well. So beings it seemed a good investment I purchased it, and got it on January 4th 2024, I shave dry every other day and the shave is perfect, nice and close, I also wish and blow off the shaver and blades, also oil blades every other week. Blades stay very sharp but a few days go my charge on battery showed 53% and I tried it on started to shave and it shutoff, so I looked at the charge and it was flashing 53%, so I turned it back no and it ran for about 10 seconds and shutdown, turned over and seen the percentage was flashing 00%, so I hooked up charger ad finished shaving my head with it plugged in with zero issues, now keep in mind I have never used this in the shower or under water even though its supposed to be completely waterproof, I then continued to charge it and got online at website to see how to start the return process, its been barely over 3 months and already issues with power and charge, the website said to start return so I tried for a few to fill out return submission but or course the amazon order number wouldn't work with there software, so I then sent an email to the customer support as advised to on website, I explained my issued with the shaver and I got a generic response telling me to go to website and look at FAQ and then if I still need help to respond to the email or call during business hours, frustrated that my email went answered by a person I sent a response wanting to know what's next with a screenshot of my order and explained again, So the next morning at about 6am they responded which was nice and early, they gave me a few options, basically buy another one for $212.00 which is about half price from what I paid and if I do then I dint have to send anything back and they will ship replacement asap, second option was to buy another at full price and then they will ship me new one and then I return the damaged one and they will refund the price of the new one. So if you don't have an extra $212.00 - $500.00 laying around you are forced to d option 3, which is print off a usps label and package your return and charging cables and go to post office and send unit back and after the 5 days shipping to get ere they will have about a 3 days turn around, and supposedly sending a new unit or fixing the old unit, not sure, either way pretty crppy if you ask me considering it cost way to much in my opinion to have to wait for possibly 2 weeks to get a new one back in your hands, especially when I only used it for about 3 months and already having issues with quality, Id say save your money buy a cheaper brand spend a little moe time shaving your head and save the money and headache of having to deal with all this shipping back and forth, time is money and this one is a waste BUYER BEWARE..

The shaver itself is a great product. I have enjoyed every moment until the battery went off after 6 charges. Also looking into reviews this is a common thing. Technically you buy 6x 6 shaves for 100£... nonsense.

I bought a Skull Shaver Beast Clipper. I tried it but I almost injured my head. I reached out for support. No answer. I tried to get a return ticket for a refund. No answer. Not bij email, not by Facebook. Multiple times. Useless Company! Beware!

I've bought 3 of these and they're not exactly cheap. Every one has lasted 6 months at most. I want to get my money back as the latest one has stopped working even though I keep it clean, oil it regularly just as it is advised to do on their website, but still, it just totally conked out as did the other 2. Totally useless product.

The product is overhyped. Its nothing like the ads are describing it. Trying to get a refund is also terrible. Dont buy it!

Very bad communication. Colin is an arrogant .... and refused to refund me the money for postage. Actually I think this is a scam. I bought the product in good will.And ended up with a bad taste in my mouth. Very poor public relations. Skull shaver is great but the owners and team are irresponsible. It is only online so no communication possible, very disappointing.
