Skull shaver clippers, used about 12 times and the comb attachment teeth have started to break. Contacted customer service to see if replacements are available as I couldn't find any on the website apart from the extra long type (these are not the ones supplied with the clippers) Played email tennis with customer supply as they kept pointing me to the incorrect ones on the website, I also mentioned that the comb attachment should last a lot longer before failing. After making these points several times and stating I was not satisfied with their reponse or the product quality they said "enjoy the rest of your day" Very poor product and customer service

PLEASE READ!!! (All of the negative reviews are completely ACCURATE you have been WARNED!) I recently purchased a Skull Shaver, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product's poor quality, specifically its unreliable battery, has left me utterly dissatisfied. The device barely held a charge, making it nearly impossible to use as intended, and the battery has subsequently died after owning the Skull Shaver for 8 months and using the shaver around 20 times in total. Equally troubling is the abysmal customer service I have encountered. Dealing with Skull Shaver's support team is a frustrating exercise in futility. The lack of responsiveness and genuine concern for my issue has felt like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It's not just disappointing; it's unacceptable, I am still waiting for a reply from the customer service team as of 2 weeks - I am communicating with someone via instagram, however this is just constant back and forth with no resolution, the Instagram team don’t appear to have any influence over the customer service team answering emails. Navigating their customer service process resembles a bad joke, leaving me questioning the legitimacy of the brand. It's disheartening to see a company treat its customers with such negligence. The overall experience feels more like a scam than a legitimate business transaction. I write this review not out of spite but as a sincere warning to potential buyers. Save yourself the headache and financial burden by steering clear of the Skull Shaver brand. The combination of a subpar product and the worst customer service I've ever encountered makes this a regrettable purchase. Don't fall victim to their lack of integrity and choose a more reliable and customer-oriented brand for your grooming needs. 0 out of 10 DEAR SKULL SHAVER TEAM! I had a subscription with you to have replacement blades, which I have had to cancel, what’s the points of having a subscription if the Skull Shaver is faulty and Customer Service is not answering emails to help organise a return, this isn’t and isolated incident your Trust Pilot rating is very poor, I have had to purchase a new shaver from a reputable brand and I am now out of pocket, SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT!!!!I
