Really close shave on my husbands head. Great product, definitely worth the money!

Very expensive for a shaver that, for me at least, doesn’t work very well. Uneven shave ever time. Tried gel, foam, wet and dry. I’m never going to be as happy as the guy on their website happily shaving his head down the street.

Went to charge it for the first time and it won't take the charge, nothing happens. No response from customer service but I was offered to pay for a replacement under the 'warrenty'. I'm embarrassed to say I fell for it and stalled out more money for the exact same thing to happen. This product is a complete waste of money, their customer service is none existent and you have to pay to claim on the warranty

Rasatura ottima ma alla prima ricarica rimane attivato senza possibilità di spegnerlo. Modificherò la recensione qualora il venditore mi risponda e risolva il mio problema. Ad onor del vero l'assistenza nel mio caso è stata ottima. Il giorno dopo aver segnalato il problema mi mandano una mail con l'etichetta prepagata per spedire il reso. Appena arrivato il prodotto danneggiato mi hanno risposto, arrangiando una nuova spedizione con un prodotto nuovo nel giro di DUE giorni. Il rasoio nuovo dovrebbe arrivarmi entro domani. SODDISFATISSIMO.

When I used the Pitbull Gold it was a great shave. However, when I wanted to charge the thing it wasn't. The first time I have tried to charge it, the shaver will not charge and remains dead. The website says you have a 2 year warranty but that will only work when you can speak to them. No response after emailing them for 2 weeks.

Used the Pitbull Gold since 2019 now, great product. Main issue is the price can’t be justified. They don’t cost that much to make and it’s terrible to charge that especially for the blade replacements. Other brands are half the price and do a decent job

Kundenservice reagiert seit jetzt genau 6 Monaten nicht auf meinen Nachrichten. Hat vor 6 Monaten noch verschickt, aber falls etwas falsches angekommen ist, gibt es keine retour Möglichkeit. So ein Schmutz laden
