I bought a Pitbull Gold from Skull Shaver via Amazon, which would not switch off once turned on. I assumed it was just a faulty product so I purchased a Pitbull Platinum as a replacement. I could hardly believe it when the same problem occurred. I called their support line, and without any apology, the support person said it was electronic, and things went wrong. I am now wondering whether they are even selling genuine Pitbull shavers; or whether are recycling faulty stock. Amazon is now investigating this supplier, so I recommend avoiding them.

I bought a Pitbull Gold Shaver some months ago. It’s still under warranty. The other day one of the decals just fell off. Leaving a glue patch bare on the surface of the blade housing. The part that supposedly glides over your skin surface. Well no longer. I took pictures, sent them through to Skull Shaver Australia and was told that this is purely aesthetic. I replied with the example of if the decal fell of your new Mercedes bonnet it would be rectified under warranty. Not according to Skull shaver Australia it wouldn't. So I really can’t recommend this product due to rubbish customer service and warranty backing.

Bought Pitbull gold in October last year and hold charge really well. I dropped it in the shower and a piece snapped of the base/motor unit. I contacted them in hope rather than expectation as they could have said it’s accidental damage and they offered to exchange the unit at no cost. They were slowish to respond to messages but no quibble exchange a positive outcome

Awaiting shaver ordered 19th December. Post office tracking still shows awaiting delivery from them. Several emails to skullshaver but still no reply apart from automatic emails that their customer service is extremely busy!! Avoid this company if you can customer service is none existent and I’m considering my £100 is now lost. Will try and claim back from credit card company.
