Appalling customer service. I have been trying to cancel a subscription but the link in the website never works, I've emailed customers service several times without single reply for the last 2 weeks and their social media didn't reply either. You can spot the fake 5 star reviews about their customer service a mile off. The product itself is fine so it's baffling as to why the after sales support just screams scammers

My Skull Shaver Gold Pro has failed twice. The first time I was sent a replacement but now I’d like a refund (as clearly a product fault) but outside of their very short 30 days despite refund window. Also tried to cancel my subscription via their website but this doesn’t work and their customer service team are non responsive. Don’t waste your money

Bought a skull shaver, with subscription, months later I tried to cancel the subscription but the website of course doesn’t work for this function, very convenient. I have sent them many email requesting cancellation and advising them of the issues. They ignore me and continue to send me unwanted products and charge me, there is no way of contacting them for a reply. Complete Scam company, check out the other reviews here not the fake ones on their own website SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased the Skull Shaver - Pitbull Gold PRO on the 27th of May 2024. Three weeks ago it died.... Completely. I emailed Skull Shaver to get it fixed. Two weeks later and I hadn't received a reply. I emailed again. No response. I then contacted them on Facebook. No response. If this is what Customer Service from Skull Shaver looks like then I wont be buying from them again.

Money paid, but not delivered. Shipping company GLS maybe responsible. Still support seems to be very slow. If I get my money back I will remove this. No product but lost money...

Well shaver works, I had been signed up to a subscription which I cancelled as they wanted to send me a replacement blade / foil / head piece every month. Guess what they sent it anyway and charged me £37!!!!! I could have bought a new shaver for that. Absolutely disgusting
