DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The reviews tell you all you need to know, so here is mine... I bought a Silver Pro in march 2025 (£85) It stopped shaving after just two uses. The customer support phone number does not connect. My e-mails were ignored until I threatened them with a formal complaint. They told me an inspection of the faulty product would take a 1 to 2 month turn around, unless I paid another £25 for a quicker service. They refused to provide a new head. They refused to refund my money on request. I was completely cut adrift by them. I have now compiled a report to send to Trading Standards, and the Ombudsman. Overall, rubbish product, and even worse after sales from a company that claims to provide 'outstanding customer service'. DO NOT DEAL WITH SKULL SHAVER, it has all hallmarks of a scam company, and I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. If you've experienced similar, I implore you to report them - the more that do the better.

Rasoir Gold Pro acheté le 09/08/2023, tombé en panne le 01/08/2024 (ne veut plus s'éteindre et ne prend plus la charge). Depuis le 08/08/2024 j'essaie de joindre le SAV qui est apparemment inexistant 😡😡😡😡😤 Une belle arnaque, à fuir. Je suis tellement déçu car mon mari appréciait la maniabilité du produit

I signed up for a subscription to Skull Shaver to get a discount, with the understanding that I could cancel at any time. However, I was unable to cancel my subscription online. This is unacceptable. I hope their customer service resolves this issue quickly.

Hi, habe im April 2025 den Pitbull Shaver Gold bestellt. Da mir das Ergebnis nicht glatt genug war (lag vermutlich an daran dass ich bisher immer nass rasiere), habe ich Gebrauch von den 30 Tage Zufriedenheitsgarantie gemacht. Anfangs war es schwer eine Antwort zu erhalten und es kam öfters eine automatische Antwort mit Trackingnummern auf meine Fragen. Nachdem ich dieses Adresse verwendet hatte ging alles ganz schnell: cs(at)skullshaver.de. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter names Peter kümmert sich um mein Anliegen, schickte einen GLS Link für den kostenlosen Rückversand und half auch den Betrag zügig gutgeschrieben zu bekommen. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundensupport von Skull Shaver war nach dem anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wirklich erstklassig.

This refers to the Beast Clipper. Having read that the blade is good for up to 90 haircuts (I clipper my hair 2-3 times per week) I was looking at replacing it (the blade that is). Not being able to find one on their website I contacted customer services & received a reply (1 month later)!! I quote "Unfortunately, the Clipper Pro does not have replacement blades available for purchase separately. The product is designed as a complete unit, and we do not offer individual parts for it" Couldn't make it up!

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a pro gold shaver for a Christmas present. Roll on 4 months and it’s just stopped working. I have reached out on numerous occasions to customer services and I have had 0 replies to my 9 emails. I’m stuck with a handset that doesn’t work and I’m £90 out of pocket. I am shocked that there is only an American phone number to call which I refuse at £3.20 a min!! I wish I’d have done proper homework before buying this because the reviews speak for themselves. The lack of customer services has let this company down big time. Word of mouth goes along way…..

What can I say other than I feel scammed. I had a good experience with my pitbull gold, I thought I'd try the five-point shaver head next time but didn't like it so I went to edit my subscription. I could not edit, I could not change or remove payment info, I could not cancel. No reply from customer service so I'm going to trading standards and warning my bank of fraud. Avoid at all costs.

The product lasted 4 months. I contacted them by email on 3 occasions and haven't responded—poor service.
