Skull ShaverReviews of skullshaver.com

I have had two head shavers from this company and both products have poor battery life once charged and goes flat within a few days. Rubbish. Yet the normal shaver lasts forever. Now work that out. There is clearly issues with their beard/head shavers

DO NOT BUY. Their products only last for a couple of months and the customer service team never respond to any emails. Awful company that scam people out of their money. Buyer beware!

I know from previous experience that there is a bedding in period to go from razor to shaver but after nearly 4 months of using the Pitbull you could strike a match on my head it is that rough. I've reverted back to razoring my head once a week to get the smoothness that Pitbull say I should get with every shave, tried wet shave, dry shave and shaving with oils and cream but all still the same. Disappointed

My warranty is just up now. One of the springs broke in the hand set. I have just requested a replacement spring will fit it myself, but skull shaver palmed me off with a generic email reply saying they are extremely busy and to exchange for £29.99. Cannot source spares for these shavers. I’ve had enough I’m going to purchase a Remington instead. Could product lousy after sales service.

So I’ve made two purchases from skull shaver , a $300 plus & $400 plus for their latest and greatest. The products are great but their logistics department is horrible, both time my packages were lost and they had to reship at their cost BUT IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS. Great they owned the mistakes but so inconvenient is all I can say. James K
