Do not buy this product!! I bought the first unit less than a year ago. The battery stoped charging only after a few months. I went online and they offered the expedited replacement option (Gold Pro) which I thought was a reasonable option...rather than having to wait for 1-2 months for a repair, as they claim on their website. Unfrotuantely I was fooled twice and I paid for it. The replacement unit broke down within less than five months!!

I too have been unable to cancel a subscription with them sent me a number of replacement heads for a shaver that broke after falling off my windowsill. They sent me a link to a blank page to cancel the subscription and seem to be refusing to cancel from emails with customer service.

Terrible, rubbed my head raw and it still wasn’t shaved, I contacted them to tell them, they said you need to replace the blades every 3 months said that’s fine but I’ve had it 5 weeks, in their defence they told me to return it for inspection and with working away I forgot but I wouldn’t buy another

Just received my shaver. Was really excited but that excited was gone in a heartbeat. I've been sent a used razor which was poorly cleaned. And while i could clean it myself it, i have no clue on how long it has been used. Blades have a limited time before they wear out...

J’ai commandé un rasoir “neuf” sur le site officiel skullshaver France . À la réception, le produit était manifestement d’occasion : résidus de poils, salissures visibles. Un rasoir dans cet état n’aurait même pas dû quitter un entrepôt. J’ai contacté le service client immédiatement avec photos à l’appui, en demandant un remplacement ou un remboursement. Aucune réponse malgré plusieurs relances. Le site appartient à Skull Shaver EU LTD (UK) et vise clairement les consommateurs français. C’est inacceptable de vendre de l’occasion en le présentant comme du neuf, sans SAV derrière. Je suis en train de lancer une procédure de contestation bancaire et j’ai signalé l’entreprise aux autorités européennes. Marque à fuir absolument

I've tried a few different bald head shavers and there's nothing better than using conditioner and a good quality multi-blade.

Worked ok for about a week, then started to cut me and leave burn marks. The blades ought to have lasted a lot longer than this.
