This is a great option for those who live in places with fake “free health care” where they charge you crazy taxes, tests require referrals and nearly all doctors simple tell you know if you ask to know what’s going on in your own body. They would rather you be already sick. The test came on time was easy to follow and send back. Results came fast and came with easy to read and understand info for each test. I can’t wait to do the next one and compare my progress to heal my own body through strategic diet.

The test itself was easy to follow. The great thing is that there is a video you can watch that gives you a step by step which is very helpful. In addition, you can schedule a video call to walk you through the process. I was most impressed with the customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as I messed up one of my tests. They sent me a new one free of charge that came quickly. The results were in relatively quick. It was very interesting to see the results. I was most impressed with how detailed it was. All of the results cams with a full explanation of what the bio marker was. There were a couple of things that I was surprised to learn, and as a result, I will make some changes. I would highly recommend this company. The customer service was prompt and excellent.

Keep in mind if you have an unlimited subscription, they automatically ship you a new kit when your kit makes it to the lab, even if you have another kit left. If you're in Canada they'll charge shipping on it at a rate of 49$ which is ludicrous. This information isn't presented to the end-user. --- EDIT: after a lot of back and forth, the issue was escalated and they issued a partial refund for the shipping of the new kit. Ideally they'd have refunded the new kit as well. They mentioned they would update the pricing page to better reflect the charges. That remains to be seen, I'm not the first person to complain about this.

I have a lot of experience with startup companies that do at home finger stick testing. SiPhox hits it out of the park. The ordering process, the instructions, the amazing communications from the moment you send your test results in until the reporting. I am very impressed, and the panel of tests that SiPhox provides gives insight into all of the major conditions that plague our national ill-health.

Nice to be able to collect the blood at home

I found the Web page very difficult to read much less navigate. Return process do to cattier selection took a week to get to lab.. Packaging and “gift” sun glasses over done unnecessarily adding to the cost in my opinion. It Took 12 day to get results, again impossible to read and navigate especially on a smart phone. In sight on results was in my opinion cookie cutter as in one size fits all. When seeking status of late labs I received evasive answers, took multiple emails to ultimately find out the process was delayed allegedly due to the carrier which they allegedly changed now.. In my opinion pricing was reasonable but could have been reduce with more practical packaging. Additionally I suggest someone take a hard look at the web page colors and layout for ease of use.
