I would give -1 stars if possible. Soap dispenser quit working after a couple of years. Customer service is non-existent joke. This is a very expensive item. The company should be ashamed. Do not buy their products.

I have purchased several of the 10x mirrors and after about 2 years, the LED lights have consistently failed to charge which smacks of designed obsolescence. I like the light but for the price these are a bad investment.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We had a nightmare trying (and failing) to get a lid replaced for a broken lid despite having a warranty. Terrible / nonexistent customer service powered mainly by AI. Will not support this company again.

Terrible experience!! Bought a mirror and it stopped working after less than a year. Tried to contact customer service and it took hours. When I finally contacted someone they offered a replacement but were out of stock in the color I needed. They told me to order a different color which wouldn’t match my decor. I asked for a refund as they didn’t have the mirror I was replacing. They refused and referred me to their warranty policy. So I’m stuck absorbing $200 or ordering a mirror that doesn’t match my newly remodeled bathroom. Overpriced garbage.

Poor quality. Don’t buy electric pumps, once it’s broken, you’re done!! They will not replace, the will not repair. BUT they will give you full of scapegoat. They don’t have sense of accountability for any issues in your product. Don’t waste your money. Trust me after a year your pump is not gonna work, and they will tell you “out of warranty “ . Whatever simplehuman is a simple stupid product.

Distributeur de savon cher et ne dure pas. J’ai 3 distributeurs de savon et ils sont tous les 3 hs après 2 ans et non réparable. Oublié cette marque.

Veel negatieve reacties hier, met wellicht goede redenen. Mijn ervaring is echter zeer positief! Het mechanisme van onze afvalbak was na 5 jaar intensief gebruik gebroken. We hebben een garantieclaim ingediend, want 10 jaar garantie dus we waren benieuwd! Het duurde helaas wel bijna 2 maanden voordat we een reactie kregen (met excuus over de mail, iets met migratie van data en ICT problemen.. shit happens). Maar toen het eenmaal opgepakt werd ging het zeer vlot en netjes. We zouden eerst het onderdeel krijgen maar dat werd omgezet in een compleet nieuwe bak met alles erop en eraan. Binnen een week in huis! Ik ken maar weinig bedrijven die dit zo doen. Wij zijn blij dat de tijdelijke bak weg kan, de kwaliteit en uitstraling van SimpleHuman is niet te vergelijken met andere afvalbakken. Wij zijn zeer tevreden.
