Same as everyone else, bad customer support. Also shipping times are incorrect on their website. They are basically lying to their customers. You contact customer support and they tell you to contact them back in a few days. Not a way to run a company.

I’ve ordered several times from Simple Human and I really like their products. I have a auto open garbage can and a shower caddy and they are both great quality. Order receive time was good even with COVID going on. There garbage bags are also awesome and strong as heck ! I’ll buy again from them. Thanks Simple Human good job.

I should have read the reviews before, because then I would have known, that this company does not care about delivery times. I am now waiting since over 2 weeks for my shipment, and as off today, I don’t even have a delivery date any longer. It was scheduled and paid for to be delivered a week ago. After not receiving it last week, I wrote an email to support, but no response. I then got a new delivery date, but that was canceled as well. Wrote another email to them, and still no response. To me this sounds like fraudulent behavior or at least total ignorance towards customer. It was a birthday present, and I asked them if they are out of stock the should tell me, and I substitute, but nothing. Never again, and I even will cancel this order. They accept your money (and they are pricey), but they after that, they are done with you.

Good products, but I wouldn't purchase from their online store. The customer experience is one of the worst I've ever encountered. My order took 3+ weeks and multiple emails for them to ship. They refused to cancel the order after multiple requests. There was no warning of shipping delays, and their form letter response to my email didn't even include an apology for the inconvenience. After the form letter, they stopped responding to email.

I recently bought the latest automatic soap dispenser of this company, the previous one having given up its ghost after 5 years of use. It has a sleek and elegant design and, unlike the older version, can be recharged via USB. Unfortunately, function is rather inconsistent. Sometimes soap spurts out for no reason at all, at others none is dispensed no matter what you do. Not impressed. I have another, much less expensive, product from Lebath. The quality is not brilliant either, but it works consistently, charges via USB and has an unobtrusive and pleasing design.
