I purchased their Duo soap dispenser, and I was really impressed with its premium build quality, thoughtful design, and excellent performance. Unfortunately, one of the units stopped working after about a month. However, when I contacted customer support, they responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. My credit card info needed updating. Superhuman’s AI wasn’t helpful in getting me to the exact place in my account to accomplish it. So I was connected to a “human” who helped me get the job done while my transaction was private. October 15, 2026
