I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. This feels like a scam. They promise support, but when you need it, they ask for endless paperwork, pictures, and videos. In the end, they find an excuse to deny your claim. There is no real warranty or reliable customer support. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration!

Excellent Customer Service
Jed was absolutely fantastic! The process took a bit longer than expected but overall I was quite satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. The delay was totally expected due to large volumes of request they are receiving.

I had a very pleasant experience with Simplehuman’s customer service! Arriane was quick to address my concerns and was able to verify my product was still covered under warranty. My replacement part was promptly shipped and now works exactly as it should. I am so happy I reached out before opting to just buy an entirely new item.

Purchased 3 soap dispensers
Purchased 3 soap dispensers. One stopped working. It will not hold a charge. You would not replace the defective dispenser,

Check the warranty first before promising a replacement
She was very professional. However, she had asked me what color of trashcan for my replacement and he acted like I was getting a replacement and then after I gave her all this information she told me it wasn’t under warranty anymore and they weren’t going to do it. So I would say going forward make sure you check to make sure an item under warranty before you tell a person that they’re getting a new can. However, she did make it right by talking to her manager and did a service recovery, which is what I expected from a good company and I appreciate that in the end
