Horrible customer service. I ordered an item a week ago, and no shipping detail has even been generated. No one knows what happened to the products when I contacted the customer service. It takes a second for them to take your money, but days to solve problems. Feel like I’ve been scammed. Products aren’t cheap. Why not invest in better customer service?

I tried to buy trash bags for my trash can. Then I'm getting emails saying I'm trying to resell items from their website and my order is canceled. I contacted customer service via chat and I spoke to an agent who said it's my credit card info which doesn't match. I tried to explain to him that's not what's going on? He said it was a third-party system that detected it. He then said try your card again. So I went through PayPal and it went through. Then I received another email saying the same thing. I contacted simple human via chat because you can't speak to anyone via phone. A manager name Drake who was curt and inpatient told me he can't help me it's a third-party system and you can't go around it. He then said it's your card so contact your bank. He wouldn't listen he was being dismissive and he minimize what I was telling him. I was telling him the emails were saying I'm being fraudulent with your website by trying to resell your items, which is completely false. He wouldn't help I had to tell him to do his job and get me a manager who can help rectify this. He then said he will find another manager to email me about this situation. This is so humiliating and repugnant. Update: I kept calling and emailing simplehuman and me being so tenacious I finally got results. I had to threaten them with lawyers and I would get the police involved. I was told it was mistaken identity that a neighbor with almost the same unit number as me was reselling their items and the day I tried to buy garbage bags they were purchasing items also. So I was flagged. After being accused of fraud all I got was I apologize and now your account is clear so you can make purchases. I will never deal with this horrible company again.

Customer service excellent. Had an issue with a delivery which was quickly resolved, without any issues. I would recommend this company to anyone due to the quality of their customer service standards and the quality of the product

Le 20 janvier 2022 j'ai commandé et payé un pack de 200 sacs poubelle de format G. Le 1à février, je n'ai toujours rien reçu ! Pas d'information sur le retard. Je demande à être remboursé par email et le robot me dit que si je répond ma demande sera placé à la queue des messages ! Un entreprise pas fiable. A fuir. Jacques Guigou

I purchased a trash/recyclable trash can on November 7, 2021. It arrived several days later. I read the directions. “Wave your hand over the top of the can and it will open. It worked okay. As my husband and I were sitting at the kitchen table, the top automatically opened by itself. It did it again and again. By Thanksgiving, I pulled the plug. Contacted Capital One. They credited my account. Now I received a letter from them saying they changed me again for this product. I do not want something that does not perform the way it should. Why can’t I explain this problem to a REAL PERSON over the phone?

Horrible Customer Service. Enjoy your product while it’s new, cause replacement parts are none existent. As for the 10 year warranty….Good Luck. Called to buy a replacement part and Reps have been wasting my time for a week. They’ve requested store receipt, serial number, short video, etc. In other words don’t waste your time with customer service. It’s an ok Trash Can but not the excellent product they portray. Don’t be fooled by hefty price and 10 Year Warranty. Pretty much any problems throw it out.

POOR QUALITY SENSOR- I have purchased five 'Simplehuman Sensor Soap dispensers'- the sensors have all gradually reduced sensitivity until they do not work. Some have lasted 1 year and Simplehuman are very good at replacing whilst within the 2 year guarantee but the guarantee is only from purchasing the original soap dispenser. If you do not mind expecting just 'two years use' then its an OK product. Aesthetically- It looks great

I accidentally bought the wrong mirror, immediately after I tried to cancel my order (you know how most companies have like a few min. after the purchase to cancel), we’ll they don’t have that option. So i reached out to the team via email, chat, AND TEXT. NO REPLY from neither for 3 days!! When they finally got back to me they said I waited too long to cancel my order when THEY were the ones that wouldn’t answer ME!! After the 3rd day someone said they’d give me a refund… this was before Christmas… today is the 27th. Still no refund and I haven’t received the mirror yet. For being a “luxury” brand they have THE WORST customer service.
