I feel the customer service is trying to avoid do things. I will never buy again Simple Human products if the customer service is this bad. I tried to solve the problem and the customer service just say nothing is wrong by “reviewing” the video.

I have been very disappointed in the long wait for replacing my broken 10X magnetic mirror. I have been waiting for over 3 months. I have left messages and I always receive the same reply. You are out of stock, and an estimated time when you will have them available. I can’t place a preorder and the burden is on me to continue to check back and hopefully be able to purchase one before they will be sold out again.

Had to upload claims with registered products on website for warranty, email info I already uploaded to AI, and then mail them a video of the malfunction. The warranty process has become more cumbersome but ultimately, both items were replaced by Simplehuman so outcome was satisfactory.

It was nice that your customer service stayed in touch, and answered questions quickly. I am happy to have a new Simplehuman mirror, replacing my last one that stopped working.
