Terrible billing department . I was told my cost after my insurance was $2,658 . Then after back and forth with them and the insurance company told $1,1 17 . Paid that then after bill going through insurance was my cost was $481. Then it took over 3 months to get a refund for the excess money paid. Then over a year later received another bill for $14.00. Then its a AI mealy mouth explanation of the charges. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Its disappointing that you make appointment weeks ahead and you come in to be told you have to wait for an hour. A simple common call to advise the patient that the appointment was delayed would have be appreciated. But it's obvious they are not considerate of the patient's time. Horrible service. I don't recommend the Ahwatukee location.

Scheduling is horrible and I mean HORRIBLE! They ask the same questions two and three times and they are hard to understand. The woman tried to "sell" me on getting four other things done which were not requested by the doctor. This is the second time I have called in and scheduled and the first person messed up my address so bad I couldn't even sign in to just schedule online. I absolutely HATE calling in and I made sure my address is correct so I can schedule the next time online so I don't have to call in. Simon Med made a big mistake changing to this scheduling format and I would give negative 5 stars if possible!

I chose 'operator' and he had no idea how to transfer me to radiology. He insisted he had to transfer me first to 'appointments'. Then bookings could not understand why my name wasn't in their system - lack of English. She refused to transfer me to radiology. My query had been: I would like their radiologists to do an addendum report: I wanted to have a technical conversation with someone except it was a bunch of offshore people with no common sense. How do we trust a firm like this? I tried a 3rd time: I selected billing - this time an AI bot and then another person offshore. Their website: AI bots. Who are these people that they think it's ok to offshore their entire front office? It gives zero credibility and I absolutely would not trust them with data analysis.

Should be 0.1 star. Have issue with simonmed billing department. Simon med charge customers over what their insurance EOB says they are owed. When you call to get a refund they either give you the run-around or they flat out ignore you. In 2022 I tried to get a refund for overpayment, 2 years later still no refund. I finally gave up and tell all my friends and neighbors not to go to simonmed for any imaging. Even my insurance provider says they overcharge and will not give refunds for the overpayment.

Scheduling with them is a nightmare. Tried to book online and it showed available appointments today but when I try to book it changes it to another day. Called them and they don't show any availability that is reflected online. Also, they cancel appointments last minute and don't notify the patient. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.

They get 1 star for the ones doing the imaging they are great from the front desk to the scheduling they suck . I had three apointments scheduled that they canceled. They then rescheduled them for a month later. I then had issues with insurance for one of the three apointments. I called and asked them not to cancel because I was appealing the depile for service. One week before that third applinmet which was finally approved by the insurance company they canceled that one. They disregarded the notes on the order said not canceled with out talking to me.Which I had to call three times to ask them not to cancel the apointment. Now today one and ahalf hour before my appoinment they call and canceled. I now have to hope they donr cancel since I now have to wait another month to get in another month they have little to no consideration for there patients

PIRADS 5- Very high (clinically significant cancer is highly likely to be present) That's how my report read 15 days after my scan, and then only because I kept calling and berating them about the delay. According to them, reports are ready 2 to 3 business days post scan. They get one star only because i had to.
