Disorganization to make patients... sick
TWO stars, not one because I haven't had a test yet at Simonmed and perhaps that's OK. What is not OK is the most terrible communications I have ever seen. To arrange a CT scan, I called a dozen times to four different offices, finally got the appointment, but the location was wrong, so several other calls and finally had the appointment. Then 5 days before the appointment, a call: "We do CT with contrast only on Wednesdays and have to cancel your Friday appointment." More calls, more attempts to arrange a replacement appointment and AFTER it was done, several emails and text messages that I need to rearrange the appointment - supposedly the canceled one, but who knows?
