Absolutely unprofessional, horrible company. Do not go to Simon Med. You will wait weeks for your results after going through a lengthy process just to do your scan. Go to a hospital-based system. Simon med is horrible. Trust me!

First, I scheduled an appointment for the San Mateo location via the telephone for 1:30pm for a mammogram and an ultrasound. I and several other patients were in line waiting to be seen and we were all told that we were all a half an hour late. We explained to the receptionists that these were the time were given by their scheduling department. They wanted me to stay late to have the mammogram done later. I said that I could not do that. So the mammogram was not done- just the ultrasound. The technician was snapping at me and telling me that I "needed a mammogram!" and that she knew what she talking about. She demanded that I tell her specifics about my tumor’s sizes and what not. I said I didn't know because the tumors are inside my body and that's why I was there for the ultrasound. She was mad still. She then told me to wait in a small enclosed room for the doctor. I waited for a long time then came out to ask another technician for some help and she snapped at me and said "I don't know (don't care!). I left and went to the front decks to check out and leave. I have both medicare and Health Plan of San Mateo's Medi-cal, so I'm covered. They tried to charge me more than $100.00. The technician then comes out to say before I left that the doctor was never there. Then I get a letter from a Dr. Gupta saying that he reviewed the mammogram and that everything is normal. I tried calling them and they avoided me terribly. However, SimonMed's main scheduling headquarters calls me at 7:00am each day asking me why there's a new request for a mammogram when they just did it. So bad. I do not recommend the San Mateo location or SimonMed for that matter. I would rate it as zero stars if I could. P.S., they harass with phone calls, texts, and emails constantly.

Simon med tells me they only do walk-ins when they do x-rays the first x-ray I got I went there six times before they took me a month later my doctor wanted another x-ray. It took me three tries. I even called them one of the times they told me one person is waiting in line for x-rays went down there. They were not doing x-rays that day. They clearly do not do walk-ins for x-rays or they will not allow me to schedule crazy stuff.

I got a ct scan has been over a week and no results I have halled twice so far asked for a supervisor was told one would call me back but no call or results now I understand the very poor company

My experience at SimonMed on 1st Street in Leesburg was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The initial scheduling process was smooth, and the electronic communication made completing paperwork online and checking in incredibly convenient. ​The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. I want to give a special mention to Caitlin, the technician, who was outstanding on every level, making the appointment comfortable and seamless. I highly recommend the Leesburg, Florida SimonMed!

Reps cannot speak good enough English to be understood! Was disconnected and had to call back; was transferred and after listening to ringing phone 25 times and no one answering, hung up! Just a very inefficient business. Going somewhere else.

very time nI call I get someone with such a heavy accent they cannot be understood. Then Im told I'm going to one location when they've scheduled me at a completely different location and then when you call back you have to go through eh whole thing all over again. Terrible scheduling department and customer service.

I am puzzled by theses reviews.... I was at Simonmed Sunset Rd location, today for an ultra sound test... This was my first time using Simonmed... I was very impressed with the professional, friendly staff working there. Everyone so helpful from the time I entered the facility... I want to give special recognition to my ultra sound technician Crystal. She was so reassuring and comforting wile she gave me my exam.. She was very comforting knowing us patient are feeling anxious and nervous.. I had a very good first time visit and exam thanks to Crystal and the staff at this Sunset Rd location... God bless them all... Thanks to all the staff.. Easy booking, Great location. Zelma Cochran
