I had 2 appointments today. 7/30/26, at the Simon Med on Thomas and 89th Ave, Phx.Az. for a bone density. I had a mammogram later. The employee at my Bone density was amazing! Very friendly, and engaging. Great customer service. The mammo employee had absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not a hello greeting or have a nice day, when done.. . Just "That's it" when done. What happened to at the very least, a friendly demeanor. Having a mammogram is not the greatest appt to endure. But, she certainly can have a smile or at the very least a friendly attitude. Didn't catch her name. But will remember her in the future. I've been to this Simon Med before. Never had a mammogram tech with such bad customer service. Hopefully, she is kept around because good films. Other than that... Not so much. Thank you.

My experience at SimonMed on 1st Street in Leesburg was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The initial scheduling process was smooth, and the electronic communication made completing paperwork online and checking in incredibly convenient. ​The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. I want to give a special mention to Caitlin, the technician, who was outstanding on every level, making the appointment comfortable and seamless. I highly recommend the Leesburg, Florida SimonMed!

I am puzzled by theses reviews.... I was at Simonmed Sunset Rd location, today for an ultra sound test... This was my first time using Simonmed... I was very impressed with the professional, friendly staff working there. Everyone so helpful from the time I entered the facility... I want to give special recognition to my ultra sound technician Crystal. She was so reassuring and comforting wile she gave me my exam.. She was very comforting knowing us patient are feeling anxious and nervous.. I had a very good first time visit and exam thanks to Crystal and the staff at this Sunset Rd location... God bless them all... Thanks to all the staff.. Easy booking, Great location. Zelma Cochran

My MRI was done on 4/30 at the Torrance location. I was within walking distance of where I live. I did not walk. I arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. The lady asked me if I could be seen earlier, and if I would be interested. I replied yes. From the initial contact to making the appointment, everyone was professional. I have found it hard to make appointments with a few of my doctors. Before the MRI, the technician was professional, warm, and friendly. He easily answered my questions. After a few days, I began to call the doctor who ordered the MRI. I left multiple messages with no return calls. I did receive a call one day a few moments before closing. My message to this doctor’s office was that I wanted the results of the MRI and that I would not be available that day, and I still got a call. I waited a few days, then I called SimonMed Imaging support. It was a good call. I spoke with Paul L. He was warm, caring, and professional. I identified myself as a patient. I told him I was very old. He made a pleasant comment that made me smile. I told him the purpose of my call was to request a copy of the results. I have copies of my health records from 1979, when I was 29. After Paul verified who I was, he asked me to hold while he located the file. It took a few moments, but I did not care because I believed he was helping me. Paul L. emailed the report to me. Paul wanted to wait while I opened it, but I told him I would be able to figure it out. I was so pleased with how Paul L helped me. I answered the follow-up question: Would I hire this individual? I said 10. (That means yes.) I don’t think that “10” was enough. Paul L deserves a real SHOUT OUT.

The 2 men who did my brain MRI were very personable.
