I was referred to SimoinMEd for a CT scan for severe stenosis of a carotid artery. I recieved a call from SimonMed to schedule the scan but had end the call due to the caller's inability to communicate effectively. Later in the dsy I called SimonMed to successfully schedule sn appt. A few days later I recieved a call from SimonMed saying my appt had to be postponed due to the tech not being available. I arrived 40 minutes easrly on ther rescheduled date only to be told the tech scheduled to do my test was having difficulty wityh the equipment and may be delayed up to an hour. Meanwhile, ther young lady wanted to charge me $250.00 up front. At that point I declined, went upstairs (my cardiac DR's office is in the same building) and asked for a new referral for the needed CTscsn. I';ve made an appt with a different lab and will never use SimonMed. I've informed ny DR.'s office of the incompetence and "money first" attitude I had experienced at DSimonMed also.

I called to make an appointment for an MRI--here is how it went: 1. made appointment spoke to scheduler 2. called to reschedule spoke to scheduler 3. 10/19 went to appoint - couldn't complete service needed meds 4. came home - called to reschedule - scheduler said I needed to talk to "Amanda" - hung up on me b/c he couldn't explain why when my first 2 calls I didn't need to speak to Amanda 5. called back, explained situation to scheduler - he scheduled - I had to call my ride to make sure she could take me since I need meds for MRI - she couldn't 6. called back person could not help me, told me to talk to Amanda - message sent to Amanda 7. 10/20 called today - scheduler was going to schedule, till I told him about my experience the previous day - then said he could not help..sent message to Amanda 8. asked to speak with a supervisor - placed on hold then told I could no longer hold as it was interrupting other patients 9. Called 1-866-614-8555 3 times first time pressed 9 - said I wanted to speak to someone regarding a complaint - transferred..disconnected second call pressed 0 - said the same thing as the first call - transferred - disconnected third call - transferred - disconnected Why do some schedulers schedule without sending me to Amanda and why do others not, this is very confusing for the patient and frustrating, not all schedulers follow the rules. Then to be hung up multiple times and then to be told in not so many words, my issue is not important. Still waiting to hear from Amanda. I am not even sure how to explain the lack of professionalism, care for patients..is transferring people who called to lodge a complaint and disconnecting them how complaints are handled, interesting business model.

The person in the front identified as Makaila is very rude and aggressive. I went with my father for an MRI, He is 80 years old has had several strokes, as he approached her to ask her about the copay, he didn't notice her on the phone, and she said one moment twice before yelling at him "ONE MOMENT" using an aggressive tone. He returned to the seat. A minute later she called his name and I approached her and asked about her manager. She said she was the manager and her supervisor name was Christina. I explained her that the tone and yelling to an elderly person was inappropriate and unnecessary. She responded making allegations that my dad does not understand the language and I needed to translate, then said he was deaf for not listening, and continued saying it was my job to hold him, all that while being aggressive and disrespectful, while I was talking to her in a low voice. I never felt so discriminated and abused in my life. We will never comeback to this place and for sure, would like to hear an apology from a higher management. This is totally unacceptable. A person like this should never be in the health care industry.

Henderson location. Uploaded everything online, it did no good. They were horribly crowded and not enough chairs for people to sit in. Bad experience overall.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!! I'm not sure where to start. It is difficult to navigate their website. They can't quote a co-pay even though I was promised one at the beginning of the interaction. Then an appt was scheduled and the person "disconnected" our session. I was not asked to confirm the appointment. The instructions for my testing are available on their portal but the double authentication never sends me a code to get into their system. I wish I had the flexibility to go elsewhere. I have wasted so much time trying to navigate. If it weren't real life, it would be a not-so-funny joke.

An absolutely terrible company. In reno nevada, simon purchased reno diagnostics cent. 42 days, I would get an automated call to set an appointment.I would be on hold for over a half an hour.Each time without a person ever call. I tried calling their listed phone number and I eventually had to seek the payment center and I was connected to philippines. Impossible to speak to a real human being.In the united states, let alone in the facility where the test is going to be performed. I will, and I suggest you consider having your testing done at a facility other than simon. It only got a one star because a zero wasn't available.

Absolutely livid. Had mammogram Sept 23, 2026. Got message need to do again. On long cruise now. Called SimonMed to make appt for when we return. After confirming all my info for 3-4 minutes, I'm told l can't get appt until they get new order. THEN agent tells me to DISREGARD message l got. How upsetting is this!?!? SimonMed, if you see this and are able to make appt, please email me.

I was told that the problems with the Conroe office had been fixed. Not true. Their staff is clueless and their appointment group is the same. Their insurance verification can't even get the co-pays right and the on-site group doesn't even have the ability to check. Most of them are under 30 with NO EXPERIENCE. I'm going to the hospital outpatient for the MRI. If those groups can't even put the appointment together correctly, I'm afraid the radiologists will be just as bad. Will go to Methodist for the MRI. NEVER will I call Simon Med again! Don't waste your time...Susan K
