I know you must have been excited to receive your cute outfit, I'm sure the poor quality of the product was disappointing, I'm so sorry you had that experience with us. We'd love to make it up to you though, as we do have a great Returns and Refunds policy that allows you to exchange or return any items that you are not happy with within 30 days of delivery. You are able to do that through our Returns Center here: https://simisienna.returnscenter.com/. You can be rest assured that we will inform the suppliers responsible for the incident and they will be added to the list of suppliers we will possibly be cutting off from our business. I also want to apologize for the package having such stench on it, this must have happened during the shipping, which unfortunately we had no control over.
