Great customer service and directions was able to fixed the issue Gold Screw holes. And refunded me for the tool I had to use to fix.

I ordered the Sihoo Doro C300. It is a great chair, the build quality and features are superior. The only thing is that they said 3 days shipping but it took 6 days, but that is probably because of Sweden's shiping survice.

The customer service I have received from Sihoo has been second to none. The communication has been timely and when I (through my own mistake) faced an issue, they quickly helped out.

great chair and great customer service, they responded quickly and gave resolution that meet my satisfaction. Definitely recommend

Great customer support. A recent delivery issue was handled professionally. When my package went missing, the team promptly sent a replacement without lengthy back-and-forth. That level of responsiveness and care is rare—and truly appreciated. You turned a potential frustration into a positive experience. Just thanks.

Perfect chair for long hours sitting and working. I loved it from the first second I tried it. The design is amazing!
