Customer service was very attentive, in a timely manner and extremely helpful when needed! Zero complaints in that department, for sure. Chair itself is fantastic and absolutely love it, NGL! The only issue I had with it, is that we had 2 screws holes strip on us, when assembling the chair (I'm a Tech by trade, so I know when you be careful when screwing things in, fyi, lol) ..but the chair has a 3 year warranty, so if I need to use it, I will. Overall, very happy with the experience from start to end and would highly recommend this chair if you're looking for a higher end chair, but priced accordingly! A+

Pire, après plusieurs jours sans aucune information, je contacte le service commercial qui m'indique que l'article que j'ai commandé n'est plus en stock et que je dois attendre 3-4 semaines...tout en me proposant un autre article prêt à l'expédition... j'accepte de modifier ma commande en réclamant le respect du délai de 1-3 jours, deux jours plus tard, je reçois un mail qui m'indique d'attendre jusqu'à 2 semaines pour recevoir l'article à cause des périodes de fêtes de fin d'année. Là, je demande immédiatement l'annulation et le remboursement de mon paiement. Ça a été fait. C'est le pire service commercial du Net. A éviter absolument.

J’ai passé commande le 18 décembre d’une chaise de bureau C300 noir avec repose-pied au prix de 319,99 €, le site indiquant une livraison prévue en 3-8 jours. Après relance de ma part, le service client m’a informée par écrit que le produit était en réalité en rupture de stock et que la livraison n’était pas prévue avant mi-janvier. Malgré cette information, le site continue d’afficher le produit comme disponible, avec une livraison annoncée début janvier, ce qui est contradictoire avec les informations communiquées par l’entreprise et susceptible d’induire les consommateurs en erreur. L’indisponibilité du produit ne m’a pas été signalée au moment de l’achat. La commande était destinée à un cadeau de Noël, ce qui a rendu la livraison inutile dans les délais annoncés. J’ai donc demandé l’annulation de la commande et le remboursement intégral. Le service client m’a proposé 15€ puis 25€ de dédommagement, Vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir pu faire confiance à cette marque

Great customer service! Also the m18 really did make a difference for my back pain. I recommend it to anyone that struggles with backpain and wants a simple yet effective solution. But be careful not to order delivery from DPD, they did a terrible job, but SIHOO supported me and gave me a partial refund for my troubles.

The Sihoo C300 with footrest is a well-built ergonomic chair with solid materials, easy assembly, and a convenient footrest for short breaks. However, the armrests rotate too easily, and the chair may not be ideal for users taller than 180 cm, as achieving a fully comfortable sitting position can be difficult. This would be helpful to clarify in the product description. Overall, it’s a good-quality chair, but these limitations keep it from being a perfect fit for everyone.

I’m genuinely impressed by Sihoo’s after-sales service. When I reported an issue with my chair, their support team handled it with great professionalism and kindness. Instead of making me wait for replacement parts, they offered a full chair replacement to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This level of responsibility and customer care is rare and highly appreciated. Thank you to the Sihoo team for making this a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m very happy with both the product and the service.

The chair was delivered quickly and well packaged. Once built we realised that it wasn't high enough for our purpose, so I contacted customer services to see if there was anything they could do to help. They responded within a few days and offered some suggestions. We decided to try a new part, which was sent free of charge, arrived within a few days and has fixed our problem perfectly. Customer service was excellent......no barriers, just speedy solutions. I would definitely recommend SIHOO

Hi, After I have payed 269,99 EUR for the chair 8 dec, I have not got the order confirmation email for one week. Trying to contact them via chat dont work. Trying to restore my account dont work. Waiting for their support to answer... Interesting to see what happens next ;-) 15 Dec; Now I got ordertracking email. Hopefully the chair is delivered... 19 Dec: picked up the heavy package. Summary of buying experience: Missing order confirmation email makes me uncertain if the order has been processed. This is something that should be fairly easy to be implemented in their order management system. Product experience: Not rated in this review.
