Do not order directly from this company. Placed order 12/16 and everything showing processing, money withdrawn...blah blah blah. Today 1/14 still zero movement on the provided tracking for this chair. Reached out to customer service 1 week ago. Was assured that they would contact shipping and correct the problem...............still no movement.

This review is in relation to the New Zealand online store. I purchased the chair. It took three weeks to arrive and when it did, I assembled it and immediately found that it felt weird. Almost like I was leaning forward in the chair. It's also extremely uncomfortable during long sitting periods. The customer service team were horrendous. Never answered my email and claimed they wouldn't be able to help me. I would avoid this company.

I had a great experience with Sihoo’s customer service. They honored the warranty on my chair without any issues, and they went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the chair and with the customer service. I ordered the M18 classic office chair on Saturday and queried the delivery yesterday due to it saying I'd receive it by Thursday but not yet dispatched. I got a response quickly and received the chair today (Tuesday). Easy to put together with the instructions. Unbelievably comfy, almost too comfy!!! My back feels so well supported. Very happy customer, thank you!

Nous avons offert la chaise M57 à mon fils en juillet dernier. Il l'a montée facilement tout seul et il était ravi de son design, de sa qualité et de son confort. Quatre mois plus tard, la chaise s'est bloquée en position basculée et impossible de la débloquer. Cela m'a tout d'abord inquiétée car ne connaissant pas Sihoo, je craignais de devoir me lancer dans des tractations qui finiraient infructueuses. Mes craintes étaient totalement infondées ! J'ai contacté le support Sihoo qui a immédiatement pris en charge ma demande. Nous avons échangé des photos et vidéos, afin qu'ils puissent analyser le problème et m'indiquer des manipulations à réaliser. Mais rien n'a permis de débloquer la chaise. Ils ont alors identifié les pièces en cause (et celles irrécupérables car fixées dessus)* qu'ils nous ont rapidement expédiées en remplacement. Celles-ci nous ont permis de remonter l'ensemble de la chaise qui fonctionne correctement depuis. Nous remercions le service Support Sihoo pour sa prise en charge et sa résolution du problème avec professionnalisme et efficacité. C'est appréciable. Nous sommes très satisfaits et recommandons Sihoo sans hésitation. * Pour information, les pièces remplacées : 1 Mécanisme (pièce fixée sous l'assise), 1 Vérin à gaz, 1 Base de fixation pour les pieds, 1 Cache-roulettes (décoratif).

Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the scheduled date due to issues with the delivery service in my country. However, the support team stayed in touch with me every day and did everything possible to ensure that I received my package as soon as possible!
