Great affordable office chairs! One part had a defect and the issue was solved after a few emails. The service departmant was of great help to sent me the replacement!

NACHTRAG vom 16.03.2026: Bereits acht Stunden nach Veröffentlichung dieser Kritik hat sich der Support gemeldet und mir 50 € Entschädigung angeboten – allerdings unter der ausdrücklichen Bedingung, dass ich diese Bewertung vollständig lösche. Ich habe angeboten, die Bewertung bei Erhalt der Zahlung auf 2 Sterne anzuheben und das Angebot transparent im Text zu erwähnen. Dies lehnte der Support ab. Da mir die Transparenz für andere Käufer wichtig ist, bleibt die Bewertung bei 1 Stern bestehen. Dieser Vorgang bestätigt leider meinen Eindruck einer fragwürdigen Geschäftspraxis bei Reklamationen. -------------------------------------------------- URSPRÜNGLICHE BEWERTUNG: Meine Erfahrung mit Sihoo war sehr negativ: Freundliche Worte vom Support, aber absolut unzuverlässiges Handeln. 1. Lieferverzögerung: Die Lieferung dauerte zwei Wochen und lag damit deutlich über der im Shop angegebenen Zeit. 2. Retoure & Wortbruch: Nachdem der Stuhl nicht passte, wurde mir mehrfach schriftlich eine Abholung durch DPD zugesagt. Im Vertrauen darauf demontierte ich den 26 kg schweren Stuhl. Nach etlichen Mails und erneuten Zusagen zur Abholung wurde die Zusage schließlich widerrufen: Ich sollte das Sperrgut nun doch eigenständig zu einer DHL-Filiale bringen. Interne Logistikprobleme des Händlers wurden so auf mich als Kunden abgewälzt. 3. Rückzahlung: Daraufhin eröffnete ich einen Käuferschutzfall über PayPal. Der Händler verweigerte die zugesagte Abholung weiterhin und ich musste das 26 kg schwere Sperrgut-Paket schließlich eigenständig zur DHL-Filiale bringen, um den Prozess abzuschließen. Erst nach der nachgewiesenen Zustellung im Lager Leichlingen erhielt ich mein Geld zurück. Insgesamt musste ich damit ab dem Widerruf des Kaufvertrags sechs Wochen auf die Erstattung meines Geldes warten. Fazit: Die Kommunikation mit dem Support ist zwar freundlich, aber die gemachten Zusagen (insbesondere zur Abholung) erwiesen sich als unzuverlässig. Wer hier bestellt, sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass Retouren trotz gegenteiliger Versprechen mit hohem logistischem Eigenaufwand verbunden sein können. Ich war froh, dass ich für die Abwicklung den Käuferschutzfall über PayPal eröffnet hatte.

Due to a broken spine and needing to sit long hours at the computer I needed an ergonomic chair. No sooner had I just put it together and sat in it I found it so comfortable. It just made you feel so much snugger all around your body. The additional adjustment mean you can alter things like to arm rests to be level with your desk so you get that extra support of your arms. It so fully adjustable with the headrest and pan depth which you need to support under the backs of the knees. Its also look very modern and up to date in my study. Brilliant it took me a little to find and select it but I used to do work shop fish assessments in the office I worked at so I know how difficult it is to find the right chair at good value

Fast delivery — I ordered on Sunday evening and received it on Wednesday. The chair arrives ready to assemble. One thing I really appreciated is how the hardware (screws, parts, etc.) is organized. Everything is clearly arranged in the packaging so you can easily see each piece, which makes the assembly very simple and smooth. Even the tools needed to tighten the screws are included, so there is no need to bring out your own toolbox. The design is great and the ergonomics are excellent. The chair is very comfortable for the back, which is important for me since I work long hours at my desk. What I appreciated the most in my experience, however, was the quality of the customer service. They were very responsive and helpful, replying in less than 24 hours. I quickly received my invoice and an issue regarding the footrest was resolved efficiently. Thank you — I definitely recommend this chair.

Warranty request is processed fast, and solution is very reasonable

Great experience. Have had 3 chairs from this company so far. One of them broke unfortunately. Warranty was simple and they are able to ship me a new chair with different materials compared to the original one.

Très facile à assembler. Vidéo explicative, notice et étiquettage qui permettent un montage dans les meilleurs conditions. Chaise ergonomique très confortable, belle qualité et finitions soignées.

Customer service are typically fast to respond, but even though they promise 5-7 days, mine took over 2 weeks to deliver!! Ridiculous! No compensation made. The M57 is alright, not as comfy as my $150 Kogan ergonomic chair. But it does feel more sturdy
