The chair is very good, although, it is a bit better for large people. the manufacturing is excellent and Montage easy. I had contact with support. Service was outstanding

J'étais un peu perplexe au début, car je ne savais pas que la chaise, de par son poids, était livrée en deux colis. En assemblant le premier, je me suis rendu compte qu'il manquait une pièce. J'ai patienté un peu et le second colis est arrivé le lendemain. La chaise était facile à monter. Je ne savais pas comment régler l'inclinaison, mais un simple e-mail au service client m'a permis d'obtenir une réponse le jour même. Ils m'ont également fourni des informations très utiles concernant le contenu du second colis. La chaise est excellente et confortable, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Je n'ai pas utilisé les accoudoirs pour pouvoir la ranger facilement sous mon bureau. Je recommande ce produit à tous ceux qui recherchent une chaise confortable pour travailler sur leur ordinateur ou pour toute autre activité.

I orderded a chair and ther was a little piece of plastic broken, probably during delivery. I sent an email to figure out wat was possible and the response was very quick and clear, after confirming the damage and adress they immediately sent the replacement seat. Customer service in my experience is great and i would order here again if i need a new chair. Also the chair is exactly what I expected and i like it alot.

I purchased from Sihoo from an online recommendation, and when I first received the chair, it unfortunately wasn't working properly, but the customer service was outstanding. I received timely replies from Sihoo and they sent me replacement parts immediately. They walked me through how to resolve the issues and now my chair is working as it should. Très confortable, et la matière permet à l'air de bien circuler J'ai eu deux modèles différents : une M18 (depuis 2021), puis une C300 (depuis 2023), j'ai beaucoup aimé les deux, mais je préfère largement la C300. Malheureusement je possédais une des premières versions qui avait une faiblesse dans le dossier, et elle a fini par céder. Heureusement, elles sont garanties 3 ans Le support était assez rapide à répondre à mes messages (- de 24h à chaque fois), et à su apporter une vraie solution à mon problème en m'envoyant une nouvelle chaise

I ordered the Doro S300 chair on Thursday (from the EU store to Poland), and it was sent on Monday and already arrived to me on Wednesday which is a pretty fast service. I read a lot of bad reviews on the chair online, but when I received it, it felt really good, solid (heavy, lots of parts made from metal) and very comfortable. Service is very kind and replies very fast.
