Great experience with the customer service team. The product I purchased had a defective part, so I contacted them by email to explain the issue, and they replied on the same day. They guided me through very simple troubleshooting steps. At no point did I feel that they doubted my issue; instead, they were focused on resolving it. I received the replacement part, and now the product is in perfect condition, with great quality and comfort. Considering the price I paid for the chair and the service provided, I would say it was a great deal. I have even recommended this product to a friend, and after hearing about my experience, he decided to purchase it as well.

Chairs lumbar support piece broke 1 month into use, Getting the warranty piece was painless and the CS team was amazing, honestly have nothing bad to say about the chair or the support, simply amazing, 10/10 would buy again. Will be recommending these chairs for years to come. Family has ordered 3 so far, very happy about all of them.

At the time of purchase (SIHOO M18), the estimated delivery date was May 26. However, on May 24th I received an email, apparently also sent to other customers that were copied in the same email (which I did not allow to share my contact details with other customers), informing me that the chair in the color originally sold to me is no longer available, and suggesting a change to another color instead. Although I replied confirming that I would accept the blue version if available, I currently see that the blue chair listed on your website is also sold out, which raises further concerns regarding stock availability. I would therefore appreciate clarification on the following points: Whether the blue chair is in fact available; What the expected delivery timeframe is; What actions are currently being taken regarding my order. I purchased this chair with some urgency, especially because the original estimated delivery date indicated that it would arrive tomorrow, which is clearly no longer the case. ---- UPDATE: everything has been solved and the team was very supportive once I came in contact.

I had a very positive experience buying my Doro C300 Pro V2 Full-Body Adaptive Ergonomic Chair with footrest. I had a minor issue with the delivery as I didn't get both boxes at the same time, but the support team quickly replied and kept my trust as a customer. The chair is very comfortable, with a lot of customizations, everything I wanted and expected.

Really like these chairs. Have ordered a couple of SIHOO's chairs in the past and my latest purchase (M5&) is the best one yet. It's really comfortable and you can feel the quality of the support it is providing. Sitting all day, you want to be comfortable and this chair doesn't disappoint. Very quick delivery and excellent customer support.

I bought this office chair based on the positive reviews and professional appearance. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is that the backrest is too low, causing the headrest to push directly into my neck instead of supporting my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, so there is no way to position it correctly. When I contacted customer service, their solution was to sit on a pillow. For a chair that is already too small in height, this is not a serious solution and only highlights the design flaw. I'm disappointed both by the product quality and the customer service. A chair marketed as ergonomic should not force customers to find workarounds for such a basic comfort issue.
