I received my order of masks and one package of replacement filters, a bit delayed from the original estimated delivery date (I ordered from them as they had an earlier deliver date than most). Although they seem a little thin, I am pleased with them, especially the adjustable drawstring earloop. However, I ordered two packages of filters and only received one. I did send an email but if they are so busy completing orders, I don't know when to expect an answer, or how long Paypal allows to dispute a charge. They do not provide a phone number to call. I hope to hear back from VIDA regarding making my order right and shipping out the other package of filters.

Ordered over $200 worth of masks and filters on APRIL 18th and have received NOTHING!! The only USPS tracking notification status we have received so far was to say the label had been printed on May 16th. This is NEGLIGENCE. I have place many orders with other companies and have received items PROMPTLY, so don’t blame shipping delays on the pandemic. I will be contacting PayPal to start a dispute on this purchase if I don’t hear back from a Vida Customer Service Rep TODAY.

This review is of the masks from California and the experience of waiting for the previous masks from overseas. The masks I received (from California) came very quickly and are really high quality-soft, comfortable, easily adjustable and they come with filters to make them more effective. Very pleased! While I was waiting for my previous order (turned into a month and a half wait) I was kept informed of delays frequently, and then given the option to cancel and order the masks the company had hired people in California to make. I was very impressed at the obvious effort the company made to satisfy its customers and get us what we needed. The delay was long but was MORE than made up for by the company’s effort and the final product. Would order again.

Comfortable & perfect fit mask. Having the mask measurements information available on the listing helped me decide to give Vida masks a try. Since they are made in China, the shipping took 5 weeks. However, there was notification from Shop Vida explaining the circumstances. The fabric quality could be better, but these are meant to be affordable masks, so I got what I paid for. I put in a second order yesterday 5/26/2020 for Lamade masks, made in the USA this time. Thank you for making the Lamade masks available in your website as an option. They are being shipped today & hopefully, fabric quality is better for fabric snobs like me. I don’t mind pay a little bit more for better fabric quality.

Ordered masks a month and a half ago and I still haven't received them. I contacted them and they said they had already shipped. The tracking number they gave me says that the USPS hasn't received them yet and that only a label was created and that was on May 9th.

Ordered masks from Vida months ago. Was belatedly informed that they'd shipped last Friday, only that was a lie. The post office tells me that Vida has created a shipping label but that is it. Judging by the rest of the reviews here, I see that I'm not alone. Add in the fact that Vida charges when you place the order (not when they ship), so they've had my money for months, that they promised to refund the shipping fee (and never did) and now won't respond to any attempts to contact them. Do NOT order from this company.

After a month I finally received the masks and they were worth the wait. Stylish, high quality construction, comfortable, and good fit. They seal decently well, about the same as a disposable surgical mask, but these are washable and reusable. The filter insert is legit - substantial, real melt blown layers - though it only covers about 80% of the mask, meaning some air will go around the filter. So don't expect miracles with this. Still, it'll be effective for catching your sneezes and coughs to protect others. With a small change in increasing the size of the filter inserts, these masks would be even better. Fortunately, since they are removable filters existing masks could benefit from any upgrades on the filters.
