I have posted previous reviews for this company… and I’m back and happy to report that after a bit of time and extra effort, Vida came through for me! I did not receive the original items that I ordered, but we agreed on equivalent items and I am satisfied with the outcome of the resolution. Once Vida was aware of the delivery issue with my order and we were able to communicate in a more timely fashion, they did work quickly and kindly to resolve the problem. I do think they are trying their best, but maybe overwhelmed with orders/inquiries/resolutions. Which can be great for sales, but not customer service. I ultimately gave them the 4 star rating because of the customer care I received for resolution and that I received my items as promised the second time.

We ordered Kids KN95s and they shipped a different product. We contact Vida's customer service, and they rectified the matter by sending us the correct masks. The customer service representative, Zhan, was polite and helpful.

These masks have several good features: nose bridge for better fit, sleeve for an insert, which makes it three layers, and adjustable around your ears. The only problem is that on some of the mask the little black piece that makes the mask adjustable has come off. Then the mask is much harder to adjust for a snug fit. If it wasn't for this problem, I would give these masks 5 stars.

Very comfortable lightweight and breathable masks. However, the small rubber tubes used to tighten or loosen the ear loops all split and fell off within a few wears.

I like the way it fits. I wear mine without the filter. I had a problem with a damaged mask and customer service replaced the mask within a week. Very impressive. This is one of the better cloth masks I own so far. The reason I’m giving a 4 is because the beads that allow you to adjust the mask to your face will come off during wash. I now have 2 beardless masks.

I love these masks. A little bummed they came out with better patters literally right after I submitted an order for solid colored masks. They fit myself and my abnormally big partner and his beard surprisingly. It doesn’t fit him anymore because he lost it...

We made a large purchase for our school to be able to provide every student and every teacher with a mask. Our experience with customer service was amazing, shipping was fast, and the cost reasonable. The quality is good. A couple of our male faculty felt the mask was a little small but they are the exception..everyone else (kids and adults) love the fit.

My son really likes this mask and will be wearing them at school. It really helps to have the adjustable loops for individual sizing. Personally I don't think they are as breathable as the pleated styles. I guess everyone has different preferences when it comes to these face masks.
