I ordered 2 masks on April 24th. After a month of waiting, I saw on the Vida website that my masks had been delivered and my order had been fulfilled. I never received anything. Then I check the USPS tracking website and find my package is still in pre shipment and that they are awaiting the items from Vida. I'd really love to know where my items actually are or at least get my money back.

Similar to another review on this site, I ordered and paid for 3 masks and 2 complete sets of filter replacements back in April. I just received my shipment today, only to find that I was only shipped 1 mask, one set of replacement filters and one extra replacement filter (not the whole pack). The packing slip was correct but my order is not. The shipping bag was not tampered with so someone in shipping purposely packaged this incomplete order in my shipment. I sent a support ticket in and got a response that my inquiry will be responded to in 3-7 days. This is all unacceptable after waiting 2 months for delivery.

These are the best masks I have found during this pandemic! Light but sturdy. Comes with a pocket for a filter and a flexible wire for your nose bridge, which makes it easier to breathe and talk. They are also adjustable which is the best part of it because a lot of masks out there are one-size-fits-all and we all have different head and ear shapes. And I love the colors that they are available in! I’ve seen folks complain about how long they take to ship but I wish people would keep in mind the delays happening in manufacturing and shipping things via mail. You can’t get anything right now on priority shipping, so if you can wait a bit for these to ship to you they are definitely worth it.

Ordered masks on Apr 17 and paid for next day air when possible. Weeks go by and I received an email saying that my masks were held up by customs. A few more weeks go by and I get an email saying my masks shipped on May 13th. There has been no tracking updates since then. Why am I seeing that people received their masks when they ordered after me?

I find the product quality inconsistent, some items are great summer bad. I have been very disappointed in product promotion as all the products seem to look the same on the site, and I have never seen one of my products anywhere even after spending a considerable amount of money buying back my product. Also, I considered buying certain items in large quantities but the price break is not worth it.

Just got my mask In. Was for sure nervous bc ordered them April 22nd and got here today May 23rd. But...they refunded shipping cost and email customer support was quick considering. They are very comfortable, stylish, and love that they have a filter! A must have for these unique times. Go ahead and buy a four pack

____________Update - May 24____________________ I have been refunded for the full purchase and offered to keep the products free of charge. VIDA apologized for the delay in response and states that they are doing their best to improve response times in the future. ___________________(original review, May 23, 2020)____ I placed an order for face masks and filters on April 13, the estimated arrival was 9-15 days later (April 28th max.). I got a message that this would be delayed and then a Pre-shipment message on May 9th. The order is STILL in pre-shipment (USPS has not received the package and it's been 14 days...). It's been 6 weeks since I placed and was charged for my order and I just got an e-mail advertising that they are making a new style of masks, prompting me to buy them. How can you advertise selling more masks if those of us that have ordered them so long ago still haven't received them? Additionally, from reading these reviews, I can see that customers that placed their orders after me have received their masks... Way too long of a wait for any type of order... a $3 shipping reimbursement is an insult at this point.. It seems as though they are starting production for another type of mask in LA, rather than worrying about the type that I ordered/fulfilling 'long ago' orders.

The face mask arrived the colors are all lovely. I'm happy with my purchase.
