I agree with other reviewers that Vida respects its customers and communicates promptly about delays, etc. Frankly, the delay that we experienced was beyond their control: China customs delaying products at their border; an event that Vida couldn't have predicted. Here's to their locating a USA manufacturer. The face masks are well-made and wash well. I feel comfortable and secure while wearing one and the nose wire ensures a tighter fit - a plus. I would like to see prints as an option. 100% cotton, thank you, so much more comfortable than synthetic fabric. Thank you, Vida, for supporting us during this scary time. When washed nose piece went all the way over to side steaming glasses. Put my $13 back in the bank. Order #217554. Took over five weeks to get here.

I ordered masks on April 20, but never received them. A UPS tracking number was generated, but never picked up or shipped. When I contacted VIDA they said there had been a problem, but help was on the way, and they would also send me another mask. So, now there are two UPS tracking numbers, still with no masks picked up and sent by UPS. So, 6 weeks since my original order and no masks received by UPS and obviously not by me. I live in New York City! Terrible service.

I ordered masks at the height of the pandemic in NYC, and Vida was the only company that claimed that I would get it within 2 weeks of purchase which was a hot commodity at the time. I later on got an email that they were delayed 2 more weeks, and then another, an additional 2 more weeks. I was really turned off by how long it took to arrive. When they finally arrived, it says to wash it before using. I cautiously washed them by hand just to be more delicate, and the tags came off, and they ended up getting some loose strings. I don't think these are good quality masks, and I'm not sure how durable they will be with continued washing. The masks also have an uncomfortable inner stitching in the middle, which you can tell is their way of being cost and material effective, taking scraps and conjoining them in the middle, creating that uncomfortable seam. They've since offered me 30% off my next purchase, but unfortunately, I will not be using it.

Horrible quality. Long and painful order/delivery process for masks that are useless. The material is very thin (you can see light through them) and the mask is so small that it is only suitable for a small child. This was a total waste of time and money. You responded that you would like my order number......I told you that experience and still you ignore. Customer service as well as quality are lacking! Totally expected more from Vista Print

After several extra weeks of delay I finally received the two masks that I ordered. I quickly tried them on to make sure that they fit and adjusted the ear loops, then I put them in the sink to hand wash them. Within a few minutes of trying them on however, I noticed that the skin on my face felt tight and hot as though it had been burned. When I looked in the mirror I was shocked to see that everywhere on my face that the masks had touched was bright red as though I had fallen asleep under a sun lamp!! I have no idea what was on the cloth but now I am afraid to wear them even though I have washed them twice!! It’s been several days since that happened and the skin on my face still hasn’t fully recovered. Do NOT buy!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, but will not fulfill the order. They will claim it was shipped and delivered, but will only send part of your order but claim it was a complete order. BEWARE! Post script after company response: I have written to customer service, but have not received a reply.

Too small for anyone but a child. Absolutely worthless. Almost $50 for 2 and extra filters.
