VIDAReviews of shopvida.com

Vida designs , Vida 3 door/2draw desktop&. Vida dressing table. What a load of rubbish, my oldest daughter got a Vida dressing table , it took hours, terrible instructions, I did it but had to change so much to make it work, a few months later my youngest daughter bought the 3 door desktop, by the 3 rd instruction, holes in the wrong place, awful instructions again. I gave up knowing it wasn’t going to work out. Quality not good either. I have put loads of stuff Together over 40 years. But combine the poor instructions, with quality avoid.

Cheap and nasty and pieces had no numbers on.A nightmare to build and when you tighten screws they blow the finished woodwork.spend a bit more to get decent 6drawer chest.absolute piece of shit

Ordered a led unit for my living room. Must of been 30 pieces and screws ect. Nightmare. Thankfully my son built it. He's an engineer and it took him 2 hours to build. He told me to go to IKEA next time. It's rubbish, said led lighting, rubbish, you have to go buy your own lights at b and m. Never again. 140 pounds worth of rubbish

Order delayed and not delivered in time. Allen key bolts missing..Not recommended.

I was a huge fan of Vida’s KF94 masks since the beginning of the pandemic, purchasing hundreds of them to wear daily as a Children’s librarian — until receiving my last order in September 2024. The material is now stiff and scratchy, the loops are huge and loose, and the masks itself is approximately 15% smaller than the original. Because of these problems the mask has enormous gaps at all four sides (even after using a bead hack to shorten the loops). Even if the mask didn’t gap dangerously, it wouldn’t be possible to wear such an uncomfortable mask for more than a very few minutes, much less a day at work.

Ordered sweat pants and sweat shirts over a month ago and didn’t get my package do not order from them there SCAMMERS!!!!!

Trying to return my item the Dyson hair wrap wand literally the day after I bought it and they have not responded once . Used the email they give out and Facebook and nothing . I would not buy from these guys stay away . I’m looking into now legally as I have no choice . Do not buy from them they don’t reply or take any notice and there is no way to contact them only that Email address on their website . Shady shady !!! I’m three weeks trying !!!!

As an artist, I did not have a good experience with them, and now that they have switched over to another platform, I closed my shop, and I am still waiting for my commission.
