Ordered four masks on 4/29/2020 and theyshould have arrived within two weeks. Then I received an email telling me on June 3rd because they are coming from CHINA which is NOT told to you BEFORE you order. Looking at them they are based in California and nowhere on the site does it tell you their products are NOT made in the USA. Over a month for four masks is ridiculous and pathetic. Then theywant to only give you a $3 refund for their trash ass shipping cost. I don't recommed and will NEVER order from them again or recommend them. Trash ass company.

Ordered on 4/30. Status shows that the order was taken but has not moved to even the "production" phase much less shipping. They did, however, charge me immediately. Like an earlier post, I went off Health.com thinking I could get my order in something resembling a timely manner. I have placed orders from two Etsy sites and one from a company in LA. Those orders were placed AFTER my order from Vida, and as of today all of them have been received.

I placed my order on 4/30/2020 and haven't received the masks and filters I ordered. Two status emails to customer service over the last couple of weeks have not been answered. I should have researched reviews before placing my order but chose to believe an article on Health.com that said masks could be obtained at Vida and other companies. The article preface says: "Each product we feature has been independently selected and reviewed by our editorial team. If you make a purchase using the links included, we may earn commission." Shame on me for not vetting the source I chose to order my masks from...recommendation by Health.com or not. I went into my order status page and clicked on cancel and gave them my reason. Vida has a blog article on their site that says they've been shipping masks that got held up in customs so where are the masks we've all ordered? In the meantime, I've had to go to other vendors to buy masks. One of which I just found out about yesterday that is local and shipped my order the day after I placed my order. ..

Excellent masks .... I've been ordering beautiful scarves from Vida for a couple of years now and was pleased to see they were offering masks. I ordered 10 masks on April 17th and received them on May 18th. I have ordered other masks from other providers and these are amazingly well made and I love the adjustment on the elastic on the earpieces. As I have been for a couple of years, I am very happy with Vida!

company is legit, they even kept me up to date on my order, including all updates and statuses on delivery. I will online shop with them again

I ordered my masks 4/15 and received them 5/15. The wait was longer than the website had said but I purchased my masks anticipating things would be delayed. I'm not sure what the shipping situation is like now, but I do think the masks were worth the wait! They are comfortable and easily adjustable, and the filter goes in easily. I wear them on long walks around my town and they are still breathable. If you are looking for comfortable masks that still give you a bit of style, I would recommend but please go into mask shopping with an understanding that things may be delayed.

I ordered my masks on 4/27/20 and haven’t received them to this day. Don’t trust what’s posted on their website regarding shipping time frame. It definitely did not apply to me.

The masks took a long long time to arrive. I understand that it had to do with COVID-19. I wasn’t expecting over a month of shipping time. The masks themselves are really really nice and were worth the wait.
