These masks appear to be good quality. It did take an awfully long time for them to arrive, but I understand shipping of mdse is not so dependable nowadays. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Although the time between ordering and receipt was long, we received order and shipping updates that aligned with the expectation we received when we placed our order--it was going to take a long time. It was well worth the wait and the masks have exceeded our expectations. They are comfortable, wash well, and the removable filter is easy to replace. We are very happy with these masks and VIDA! Thank you.

Quality product, machine washable, fits both my husband and my face. Included a carbon filter which was a pleasant surprise. Cost is not prohibitive. They kept me up to date on my order status.

Vida is simply an amazing partner to our organization. We have are providing their masks to both our staff and clients. As an owner of a salon in Austin, Tx., maintaining strict safety precautions during this time is critical. Vida's team has been communicative, informative and amazing to deal with. All of this in addition to offering great products that are designed beautifully and provide amazing coverage.

I ordered 4 masks and filters on May 2nd. I received an email that they had been shipped on May 27th. They have been in pre-shipment status since then. On June 6th I emailed Vida and was told they are waiting to be scanned by USPS and to allow for up to 10 days for delivery after the scan. It has been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting. I emailed again to request a refund or an expedited delivery. This is beyond unacceptable.

I did encounter a problem with long shipping times and my order not being correct, but customer service was amazing. I was asked if I would like another mask or a refund. Since they replied to my email swiftly, I decided to move forward with another mask. So glad I did. The mask fit well and the adjustable straps were a plus. This mask fits more snug than some of my other masks which has gaps in it. Will order another if I have to enter schools in the fall as I am a teacher. Thank you VIDA for your swift response and excellent customer service!!

While it took a long time for the masks to come, VIDA emailed me weekly with updates. I sent two to my son and two to me. The masks fit his large head and my small head with the adjustable ear lops. The mustard and olive colors are easy to wear. I appreciate the starter filters and easy filter insert. They are hot to wear, and best for low activity. The directions say to machine wash and dry, and they need some ironing. But definitely serviceable.

Ordered a large number for work. While they took awhile (due to COVID demands), which I fully understood, my staff really like the color and fit. Definitely note that this mask wont fit someone with a larger head, as the straps at not that forgiving - but one mask can't fit everyone in the world. Still a great purchase
