I bought one of the face masks recently. They did a much better job explaining their product (by far) than other companies do, which makes me feel like they care about quality and their customers. I also love the tutorials and social impact piece. And it even arrived earlier than expected! They did a great job of communicating it's arrival from start to finish. I have recommended them to others already.

Thank you for creating these. My husband, a large bearded man, and I, a small woman, were both able to wear these masks comfortably, and feel safe with two layers of fabric and the included filters. These are so much more comfortable than other styles and brands I've tried, even more than surgical masks, that I ordered the family pack for us. Once I go back to work, I anticipate I will order another family pack. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable while keeping those around me safe during this pandemic.

I would give no stars, except I did get a response from customer service when I emailed them, so the star goes to the person who answered my email. I ordered two masks and filters from Vida on 5/7/2020. I am still sitting here with nothing... and, by the way, my credit card has been charged. I even keep getting surveys asking what I think of the product. I have tracked the original order, which said it had been shipped back on May 29th. I expected a delay as Vida informed. I did NOT expect that it would be stuck in "pre-shipment" via USPS for 10 days. I contacted customer service, and received an answer within 24 hours that my order seemed to be stuck in "pre-shipment". They replied that they would send out a new order immediately, and apologized. It is now 9 days later and the 2nd shipment, with a new USPS label, is also stuck in "pre-shipment" for 9 days! I'm about to cancel- I've been scammed. Stop-payment will be going on the CC. It's too bad because there are reports of the masks being good quality, but whatever scam they are running, creating shipping labels and then not sending out the products ("pre-shipment" means the label was created, but it hasn't arrived at the post office) is highly suspicious.

The earloops can be adjusted which is a huge plus. I've ordered masks from other vendors and these were the only ones that came as promised. Nose piece is as comfortable as it can be, stitching holds up to multiple washes. It's the only company that sent them individually wrapped, filters individually wrapped, and the washing instructions sewn into the mask. Terrific product

These masks were absolutely worth the wait. Because the ear loops are adjustable, my whole family can wear them, even our three-year-old (although it's only marketed for people five and older). I love the full coverage of the masks, the filter pocket for added protection, and the light weight that keeps me from feeling stifled as I wear them. And I *love* that they are washable and reusable! Very satisfied with my purchase!

Good quality mask, well made, fits right and I think will stand up over time.

As hard as it has been to get masks in general, it was so nice to have an American company make them, keeping us posted as to where they were in production, and getting it to us promptly. I love the masks and they wash well. I like that the filters can be inserted.

Great quality. Efficient ordering process. Company sent appropriate email updates on order. Would order from company again.
