Total rip-off, don't believe the marketing hype
We ordered 50 of these masks on Aug. 3rd and they didn't arrive until more than 4 weeks later. I complained to Vida customer support several times about the long shipping times for these and was told: "we are seeing good numbers of orders that can be fulfilled as soon as possible." By the time we received these masks, we no longer needed them (our family contracted the virus, unfortunately, picked up from our kids' school). I reached out to VIDA to try to return these while in the original box and was told they could not be returned despite not even opening the shipping package. I finally opened the box and all the masks are in tamper-proof plastic wrapping too (so I don't understand why I can't return them). I opened one batch of masks (they are packaged in groups of 5) to try on my daughter the ear strap broke on the first try. Unfortunately these Vida masks are all hype, driven by affiliate marketing and social ads, ridiculously expensive, you won't receive them in any sort of reasonable fashion and their customer support is unreasonable to boot. Save your time and money -- these masks are nothing special.
