Fraud. Ditto the previous reviews. I waited 5 weeks to not receive the KN95 masks I ordered. They sent something labelled M95c, locatable in an online search anywhere but in circular references to themselves in promotional articles and blogs. VIDA will not take them back or refund my money when contacted, rather they first suggested I donate them. They then offered me 40% off of MORE products I do not want 🤪 A legitimate company would rectify the situation sending out the actual product ordered or providing a refund. This is fraud. Reputable mask companies we have also ordered from are not taking your money until they have the item back in stock. Contacting my credit card company and the States Attorney to tonight. Save yourself the hassle.

The ONLY way I got them to refund my full purchase price was because I had my credit card company fight them for me. I went back and forth with them for more than 17 days (such a waste of my valuable time) because they sent me M95C when I ordered KN95. They tried to skirt around it by saying in August they stated on their site that if masks are out of stock, they will send next best thing. Ok, I ordered mine in July. All they offered me was a 25% refund (after fighting them). That is NOT OK. Folks, I would advise having your credit card company reach out to them. That is the only way they listen. The most hilarious part was their reply to my BBB complaint. They stated that they had reached out to me but I hadn’t responded. I guess the 29 times I responded to them on Facebook messenger wasn’t enough for them to consider them responded to. DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company engages in fraud. I waited 4 weeks to receive the KN 95 masks I ordered. As many reviewers have already said, they did not ship the masks I paid for, but instead sent M95c masks by another manufacturer that could have been purchased for 1/2 the price I paid. I’m going to get American Express involved with this business transaction. The customer “service” person who responded to my email offered me a 40% off coupon to purchase more masks. What?! If I were foolish enough to place another order, who knows what I might actually receive and I’d still be paying more than other companies charge. Fool me once...

Vida lies and swapped out my order for KN95 kids' masks for M95C masks without telling me. They won't refund the $75 I spent on 20 masks. They said, "the masks meet Vida standards and specifications." Buy from Well Before or WWDOLL instead! They're well made, comfortable and fit my children. I would give Vida 0 stars, if I could. Update: When they reached out, they only offered to replace the masks. Only when pushed because I saw their reply, did they offer the partial refund. I kept pushing for the partial refund. They finally admitted it would be 25% of the original cost. So even though I paid over $75, I received $18! I don't want any garbage from this company!

I purchased 30 cherry-colored KN95 kids masks on August 8. On September 7, I received 30 light-pink Lutema M95C masks. While VIDA did say the color might be slightly different depending on supply, the color is VERY different. My child doesn't want to wear a pink mask to school. Also, we were told we'd receive a return shipping label so we can send back used masks for VIDA to recycle them, but I didn't receive one. Frankly, these aren't the masks I purchased. We can buy Lutema masks on the Lutema website or on Amazon for less money. In fact, I did buy Lutema masks on Amazon when I knew VIDA wouldn't get masks to me before school started. Unfortunately, VIDA is charging more money for Lutema masks and taking longer to ship them. VIDA should have just told customers they couldn't fulfill their orders, canceled the orders, and provided refunds. As soon as I received my order, I asked for a refund and told them I'd be happy to send the masks back. Four days later, customer service said M95C masks are just as good as KN95 masks and didn't address my request for a refund. VIDA has really fallen short here. If VIDA customer service sees this, here's my order #: 690648 and my service ticket #: 422494. Perhaps you should respond to my request for a refund. In the meantime, I'm going to write reviews warning people how the company is treating customers.

I ordered child sized "KN95" masks in August with a delivery date expected well before the school year. The masks did not ship on time and they arrived after the first day of school. WORSE YET (!) though I paid a large sum to buy many "KN95" masks (they claim "FDA approved") --- I DID NOT receive KN95 masks. The masks I received are labeled "M95c" - which is NOT any kind of a certified product. These masks are from an entirely different company - "Lutema?" who are they? Are you kidding me? How do you explain this VIDA? I'm inquiring with the BBB and also contacting all of the publications that pointed to your website. This is NOT ok. I have no way of knowing the quality of the mask that I am sending my child to school in right now. Shame on you.

Watch out!!! This company is trying to sell by creating confusion… their masks are NOT certified against ANY recognized protection standard. They announce themselves as KN95 compliance, however, they do not have proof for it. These masks are stamped with M95 rating which is not recognized by any authority and they do not offer any data to support their protection level. They are selling overpriced masks with no evidence they can backup the claims they make.

I ordered kids KN95 masks and they sent me cheap M95C. Really????? I want my money back NOW. You are thieves. I don’t care what you post in your blog.
