I ordered a can opener for my husband who only has use of one arm. We used it very little and it started acting funny. I contacted Customer Service and they were extremely helpful. Within just a few days, I had a new one. They even checked on me several times after sending the new one to be sure everything was working properly. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend.

Our can opener quit working correctly at a year old. Worked with the company and found it to be defective, so they replaced it.

Loved the kitchen mama can opener but sadly it started misbehaving, and only after the warranty expired. But spoke to customer service hoping a fix was possible, and they were very responsive and encouraging throughout the process of sending videos and photos of the defective one in use. It wasn’t able to be revived but they were lovely enough to send me a new one free of charge. I had raved about the product before this but now with my extended experience with the terrific people in customer service, I am even more enthusiastic in my opinion of the company!

Stellar customer service!! These folks shine brightly in all categories. They make a well-designed can opener- especially for me since I have an arthritic right hand! I love(need) this essential tool! And when I had an issue my replacement was on the way after a few short emails. The care team is otherworldly! Thanks for being amazing Kitchen Mama!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. Emailed KM the day my frother/mixer broke & had an immediate reply, followed through with a couple of questions & again very quick response, 3 days later I have a new replacement & my morning coffee the way I like it back again! Frustrated
Probably the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I emailed Kitchen Mama because my opener wouldn’t latch on to the can. Within hours I received a response and after supplying them with some additional info like serial number etc. they took care of the problem. They even checked in to make sure that the solution was working and that I was happy with the whole experience. Really well done.
