I requested and received a Kitchen Mama…
I requested and received a Kitchen Mama can opener for Xmas. The original was defective, returned and replacement sent immediately, however it is not worth the money, extremely disappointed. The opener must be left on for at least 3 to 6 rotations.

Kitchen Mama-Beware
I purchased a Kitchen Mama, and the product worked well for a few months. The battery ran out, and I charged it, but the charge didn't take. I had it for 8 months and contacted the company for a replacement, but they kept asking for more information and stalling, so I knew they were not going to honor the 1-year warranty. So, beware of this company.

Never received the one touch electric can opener
Ordered a a one touch electric can opener on 12/19/24. Paid for it the same day with PayPal. Received a notice plus USPS tracking number. It is now 1/3/25 and according to USPS item still has not been presented to them for delivery. Extremely poor service.

Poor design, poor execution -- poor finger!
The device, sadly, is an example of poor design not well executed. Every time I tried to open a can, the opener got stuck. (Poor execution.) The only way to free the opener is to open it and remove the batteries! (Poor design.) Even then, prying it off a can is much more difficult than simply using a mechanical can opener. The one time I did get it to successfully open a can, the lid -- supposedly safe to touch -- cut my finger. (Poor design? Poor execution? Both?) To add insult to (literal) injury, I could not return the device because the company requires all original packaging in perfect order. Amazon this is not.
