My kitchen mama ended up messing up and the customer service jumped in and tried to figure out a way to fix it and ended up sending me a new one. Companies like this, that stand behind their product are companies that I will continue doing business with, like Kitchen Mama. Thank you so much for everything!!

Response was fast and received a new…
Response was fast and received a new opener in a couple of weeks. The only improvement I would suggest is a standardized set of questions needed to answer all your questions for replacement or repair at one time. Thanks Mike.

Replacement
Having the kitchen Mama battery operated can opener, it stopped working on me with very little usage. I bought on Amazon so I was passed the window to replace it. Contacted kitchen mama customer service, though they took long to resolve my issue, back and forth emails providing proof of purchase, providing video, it was replaced after about 2.5 weeks Shipping was fast for my replacement.

Great and friendly Customer Service
Great and friendly Customer Service. They tried to understand the problem and analyzed the root cause. They are flexible and sent the new product as a replacement to the defective one.

Thank you so much for replacing my defective opener. Kitchen Mama support team when above and beyond in my case as certain information I was unable to provide but with proof submitted to support showing the defective opener they were prompt to replace! You all are the best !

Kitchen Mama warranty request experience
I purchased a Kitchen Mama can opener about 6 months ago and it stopped working which I then contacted support for assistance in replacing the defective device. It was a bit of a nuisance of having to go back and forth with questions . Kitchen Mama's 1rst response was a bit insulting as they were directions on how to on install batteries and use product 'correctly'. After which I had to provide pictures and videos to prove the device no longer worked. In the end Kitchen Mama did honor the warranty and sent me a replacement. Just don't think a consumer has to jump thru all these hoops to get a defective item replaced that is still under warranty

Excellent after sales service …
Can opener failed but company immediately responded and replaced the opener, with very courteous customer service.
