I have purchased six of these amazing TIME and HAND savers (for myself and as gifts)! I love that I can be mixing, stirring or grating while my Kitchen Mama does all the work opening my tomato sauces, pumpkin, olives, etc.!!! I also had a recent experience contacting their Customer Service team. I had an issue with my most recent can opener and was worried that, because Kitchen Mama does not provide a phone number, I would not be helped by submitting a request for help. Kitchen Mama's AMAZING, KIND, PATIENT, and THOROUGH rep, Serge, replied to me the next day! He really cared. It made my day! And it turned out I only needed to change the batteries (apparently, the ones I first put in were almost out of juice - I thought they were new.😬). Bottom line? BEST PRODUCT OF THE DECADE!!! GREAT customer service❣️👍🏻❣️

Very pleased I was allowed to keep a lower end model can opener when I asked to return it. I opted to get the one that automatically shuts off after the can is open because I can't imagine it any other way, and because we had an auto one before - the other one's going to be gifted :)

In February, 2024 a friend gifted me a Kitchen Mama can opener. I was thrilled because I had wanted one for a long time. I Loved It!! It was so easy to use. Made such a smooth cut on the cans. I never had to worry about getting cut with sharp can edges. In September I opened a can and couldn’t get the can opener to come off of the can. It just would not release. My husband was finally able to get it off of the can, but my Kitchen Mama broke in the process. I was so disappointed. I knew the can opener was past the return window, but felt the company should be aware of the problem, and if it were a recurring problem, I felt they might want to re-evaluate their design. So I contacted their customer support and told them of the situation. I did not ask for any compensation or replacement. I just suggested they evaluate the design if this were a recurring problem. Within two hours, I received an email addressing my concerns. We messaged back and forth over the course of a few days. Their customer support was excellent! In the end they sent me a new replacement can opener. I am so impressed with how this company stands behind their product and goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend the Kitchen Mama can opener.

When I had a problem with my product, they were very quick to help me with this problem. They were very courteous throughout the process.

Customer service was excellent. As soon as someone responded to my initial issue, the process went lighting fast. Someone was communicating with me at each step of the process. This is how customer service is supposed to operate.

I love my can opener. It’s a so nice to have that extra hand with opening cans. No more using my strength to get the can open. Best part is that it has a magnet to pick up the lid. It’s one of my favorite purchases.

We are very pleased with the customer service offered! We had issues with an electric can opener and the company stood behind their product. We worked directly with Nicca and felt our concerns and frustrations were heard. When a replacement was sent we received an email letting us know when the shipment would arrive. Nicca even reached out when the package was delivered. Definitly would purchase products from this company again!
